My wife and I have always enjoyed visiting cemeteries. I have been doing genealogy research for the past 35 years. Find A Grave is a great site serving a much needed service. |

I deleted this. It was a duplicate of 33592866. I informed that White Deer was the cemetery.

Hi Bill, so good to hear from soneone who knew Mike later in life. From reading his obit it sounds like he was very much admired and loved by those who knew him. Fran

|Michael Sarver||Frank Sam Sarver|
Hi Bill, Frank Sam Sarver was my Grandfather. My father was "Duke" Franklin Altendorf Sarver. Born in Lee's Summit, MO. They moved to San Bernardino, CA where they had a dairy and dabbled in the beverage business as well, "Klassy Soda". Grandmother Irene (Radcliff-Hartford) Sarver was the chemist that created the beverage formulas. My dad said that Coca-Cola sued them and won over the "Coke Bottle" design similarity. I'm thinking Frank and Irene separated. Irene went to Long Beach with her son from previous marriage, Bill Hartford. Frank and my dad to San Diego. My dad spent a good part of the war in Ireland working for defense contractor Lockheed as an engineer/draftsman. On return and presumably after Frank Sam's death he relocated to Oxnard where I was born and raised. My dad's other Sarver brother, John died in his 40's in the Long Beach area around 1971. His children were several years older than I and I only met them a couple times. I know little else. What is your Frank Sam Sarver connection? Regards, Mike Sarver

Yes, please transfer Charles H Shipley Memorial# 132450540 to me. He was a brother to my grandfather - thus my great uncle.

I am a descendent of John's son, James H Conkey.
|Lynn Patterson||RE: Fishburn family|
Michelle took the photos as a request from me. I don't know if she has a relationship or not. Caroline (Patterson)Fishburn's father -James William -is my great-grandfather.
It seems to me the Fishburn's are in good hands!

I came across your photo of John Conkey when I was doing research on my family tree. John is my 4th great grandfather and I would love to share this photo on my ancestry family tree. I want to make sure that I give proper credit if it is under copyright. Thank you for your help in this matter.
