RE: Deman
I'm sorry to disappoint, but I have no additional information on memorial #78588878.

RE: Frosty
The Salvation Army museum in Chicago provided the photo. I just put it there. Glad you enjoyed it.

Hi Linda, so happy I was able to find her. I think it was Sec. Z where I found her, very near North Side Catholic Cemetery, towards the front of that section.

I have no idea where those burial dates came from. I will have to check at the cemetery. By the way, I believe their daughter, Francesca Wylie's husband, William B. Jr., is buried in the same lot. Francesca's name is on the marker, born in 1925, still living.

RE: Sarah Pollock Springer 1857-1937
The one I need to research is Sarah Pollock, 1818-1900, who was the mother of Emma Pollock Springer, wife of Frank Yost Springer. The obit for Emma Springer states that she was born in North Union Township in 1857 so will try harder to find the family in the 1860 census.

RE: Springers
Are you related? I lived just one block from Springer Ave. That is why I did all the Springers I could find in Oak Grove.

Sarah Pollock
Hi Linda, before I transfer would like to check a few things. I know 3 of her children are also buried in Oak Grove, Jacob, Emily/Emma, Robert. Cannot find her in Census in 1860 or 1850. At first I thought they might be of Northumberland, PA but that is the wrong family. Can you tell me who the husband of Sarah Pollock was? He evidently died before 1870. I am on a trip right now and trying to research on a phone is not fun. :) I will be home in about 2 weeks and can take care of things then if not before.

RE: Mabold
There is no location for burial for either Helen or the other individual you were looking for. The Lot 2001 is not really a lot, but a year of cremation. You will have to contact the funeral home to find out what happened to the remains. Allegheny Cemetery crematory does cremations for funeral homes and cemeteries throughout the county. Since there is no lot number or Section of burial, there is no place to look at Allegheny Cemetery for a marker. Get me the Williams name again and I can check the mausoleum for him or her, if that is where you think the burial took place. Might help calling the cemetery first just to verify.
