Thank you so much for taking a picture of my grandfather's grave. I've never been to see it, and the picture is a nice compliment to the other records of life.
|Terry Collins||Lynne, what happened to your picture?|
I see you took your photograph down. Well, as in an old American ballad, I "will miss your bright eyes and sweet smile". Remember the song?
Well, I'm sure you have your reasons, so I will just have to miss your bright eyes and sweet smile, I reckon. (laughing... but serious)
I see you've been making some swell friends. I should be jealous, as you are Macso's friend, and I am not his! What's the deal with that?(jest funnin')
Have A Swell Day, my Friend.
And I hope things are going swimmingly for you.
just ol' Terrence
if you see chris lurking around cemeteries in orange county, tell him i said, "howdy". (kind laugh) be safe and have fun and 'thank you for your good deeds'.

Thank You Lynne! It's odd that you can't find the headstone for John Rocha Martinez as he is buried right next to Andy Rocha Martinez, unless he doesn't have one.
Can't remember now if I mentioned or not that Dolores Rocha Martinez Nunez won't be there, I found out she was cremated.
Again, THANK YOU!

Hi Lynne! Would you mind transferring these over to me as they are my Aunt, Uncle and Cousin.
|Starr Rico||Andy Martinez|
Thanks again, for the photos you've posted for me! I wish I could return the favor!
|Starr Rico||Maria Rico|
Thank You for taking the photo of Maria Rico's grave. You're so very generous to go out of your way to do this!
|Terry Collins||Thank you, Lynne!|
I should have checked my Photo Request sooner, as Chris suggested. Then I could have saved you some time and trouble.
Well... being as that too late to rectify this special 2-for-1 sale (laughing), I will say "Thank you very much!" And, I do appreciate it it greatly.
Also, please know that despite Mrs. Gertrude's name not being on the grave-marker, that your photograph of the grave-marker is every bit as important to me as those with names. This is where she is buried, and this IS her gravesite. And, that's what I wanted to see and have a photograph of.
Your 'good deed' is 100% as valid as all the other grave-marker photographs. I am quite thrilled with the photograph and the information you so graciously have given to me.
I see you and Masco are Find-A-Grave Friends. Awww... ain't that swell! Maybe some fine day I'll be out Californy way visiting my Relatives (the living ones, and probably even using-up some 'camera memory space' and take a picture of them - grin); and maybe You, Chris, Mary, some others and my poor self can 'attack' some Cemetery with our cameras and good will, and have a really memorable time. Make something of a picnic/good-deed-doing thing out of it, in a respectful way, naturally. Somewhat a whimsical thought, of course... but, who knows?
Have A Great Day, my Friend! Truly.
Best Wishes Always,
|Terry Collins||Gertrude Cook Williams|
I thank you whole-heartedly for fulfilling my Photo Request for Gertrude Cook Williams. That was and is very kind of you.
I'm on the East Coast, so it was likely I'd never be able to get a photograph of Mrs. Willams gravesite without some kind person's generosity.
It seems in a lot of this research that I am truly dependent "on the kindness of strangers" (poor Blanche DuBois). And then... they aren't such strangers anymore.
And I again... thank you very much for your Noble Deed. It means a lot to me.
I Will Be Wishing You Well Always, Lynne!
|Terry Collins||RE: William and Gertrude Williams|
The information does help. And it does mean a lot to me. Thank you again for your diligence in covering my Photo Request quite thoroughly.
I would have made a Memorial for John S. Williams, if I had known you had found his grave-marker, so that you could have gotten credit for your photograph of his resting place. I didn't know anything about John S. Williams, or that the site was a triple-grave.
If there are any loose ends I need to Request or Add in order for you to get the credit you deserve, please advise me.
I know you are among good Gravers out there in Orange County. It comes through most clearly.
Have A Swell Californy Sunny Day (as Masco likes to remind me - laughing kindly). We've still got *SNOW* here, but today's "Rain" is melting it away faster than what water did to the Wicked Witch of the West. Sad... about the *SNOW* melting.(grin)
Best Wishes & Healthy, Happy Searching,
|Terry Collins||William Penn Williams|
Thank you very much for getting that photograph of the gravesite of William Penn Williams. It is a great shot, and the picture of the cemetery itself is quite beautiful.
Your kindness is very appreciated.
I wish you much success and enjoyment in all your searches. And may your own kindnesses be returned to you.
