Roy Hubbard 84296798 & mother 73714840
Hi Eva, Thanks for the great memorials on you make and for the beautiful photos you've posted. You have a photo of Roy, Marjorie and probably Nora posted on Roy's mother Ellen's memorial. I think the photo is not of "Marjorie Hubbard and father's mother", but rather "Marjorie Hubbard and father, mother". Ellen died in 1887, so it definitely can't be her. Could you post the photo on Roy's and Marjorie's memorials? (And Nora's too if you think my interpretation is correct?) Thanks for all you do, Dianna 'dialynna'

RE: Sadie Skellenger #113089860
H'lo, Eva!

My name is John "Jack" Martin. I was born Lloyd Conley. My Find A Grave Member Number is: 47276882 and my memorial maintenance name in Find A Grave is Lloyd.

Sadie is my grand Aunt. Her memorial number is: 113089860. She was the sister of my grandfather, Harry Edward Skellenger.

She is buried next to my Great Grandmother, Alberta Burch Skellenger Leafbourg in
Ridgelawn Cemetery, Gary, IN. I have pictures of both Sadie (born Sada) and my G-grandmother.

I would be thrilled if you would transfer her to my number so that I may maintain her. Both Sadie and my grandfather died of peritonitis (sp?) at an early age. Sadie died one year after my grandfather. I very much suspect that they may have had diverticulosis that can result in diverticulitis. I have the same disease. Back in those days, it may have been difficult to diagnose or treat this problem. Left to fester, serious infection can develop in the colon and result in death.

Thank you very much in advance if you transfer it and I understand if you have a reason that you prefer not to.

Good luck with your genealogy efforts.

David Hopkins Memorial# 66370275
Hi Eva,
Jane sent me a photo of the headstone for David Hopkins Memorial# 66370275. She visited on Sunday with the owners of the B&B. She shared the information that you gave her and what I had to give to her.

I have posted the photo. I gave photography credit to Jane. Could you add to the two photos that David is her 4greats-grandfather. (He is my 5greats-grandfather).

She said the stone needs to be cleanup around it and on the stone. She said that once we clean the stone with the proper method we will be able to list all of the wording on the headstone.

No way!
Why are you researching Frances if you don't mind me asking? I'm going to look through my family tree for her.

Leona was my Aunt too. Well, we called her Aunt Leona. She was my Grandma's sister. Gertrude was my Grandpa's sister. Jim and Beulah (Morse) Barnett were my Grandparents. I don't believe I know the people you're asking about. Do you know if there might be a relation with the Barnett's or Morse's?

Hello Eva
I got a request from you to add Gertrude Barnett's obituary. She was my Aunt. Did you know her?

Eva, thank you so much for into on Joy Allen Barnard. Do you have a website for the 'Barnard Genealogy at Westhester Twp History Museum in Chesterton? I have found wife named Effie for birthrate, children divorce etc,
Appreciate your assistance. Indiana seems so far across the country from Phoenix. The internet is a Godsend. (My maternal grandmother is a Barnard from Indiana.)

Wolfgang Wittich
I'm trying to track down Wolfgang's daughter, Mary Jane Wittich. Do you know if she married, and if so, what her married name is? Any other information about her would be helpful as well.

Thank you.
