Sydna, I believe you have Gertrudes maiden name wrong, I think this one was my husbands grandmother. She was married to Evin Bell. and her maiden name was Hood. If I am wrong please let me know. thanks Connie
|Mary Detherage||William M Price|
I have been told that William M. Price Born-April 1869 is buried in the New Cedar Glades Cemetery. He is not listed. I was just wondering if sometime you were there you would look for his monument. Thanks so much. Mary P
|Nut4nature (SBassHawkins)||Lonnie Bass & Henry E. Bass|
Lonnie Bass was my grandfather and Henry E. Bass my great grandfather. I noticed that not all the children for either person is listed.
Are you related to the this surname or maintaining the memorials?
Sondra Bass Hawkins
|Marilyn Morris||Billie Dewayne Coffman Willis|
Hi Synda, you have Billie Dewayne Coffman Willis in the wrong cemetery, I believe. The obituary lists Brock as the burial cemetery. You have her in the Price Cemetery. You can just change the cemetery name without changing everything else. Sincerely, Marilyn Morris
|Carla McCorkle||Red Hill Faulkner|
Hello Ms. Daily,
My name is Carla McCorkle. I have just recently began researching my ancestry and joined the Find-a-Grave site. As I want to contribute to helping others document their history, I looked into the photo requests in my area.
I was quite intrigued by Red Hill cemetery. How sad that a cemetery has been abandoned and without care. My husband and I visited today and only a handful of markers remain. It appears that many may have been washed away into the ravine.
I noted that you manage all of the memorials for this cemetery. I am having difficulty uploading photos, so I first wanted to let you know that I will be creating duplicates for those which I have photos. If you would like, I would gladly take over management of these memorials as I would like to get as much information as possible about the people buried here for future generations.
Thanks for the obit. I have added it to the memorial & credited you for it.
