Having a great love for genealogy, visiting cemeteries is a way to "get to know" some of my ancestors, cousins, aunts and uncles especially when there is no other photo available.|
If you see a photo that I have posted that is unclear due to resizing or want the full photo, please email me and I may be able to provide the unreduced photograph.
If you send me a rude request, I will delete it and will not read it at all.
TRANSFERS: I will transfer memorials within the Find A Grave four-generation rule when I have added a tombstone photograph. I will be happy to add additional information or links. I will not transfer my own relatives except in very rare instances. In many cases, I will make transfers when I have not added a tombstone photograph.
PICTURES: I take pictures for people to enjoy and use as documentation in their research. Therefore, you may use them for your personal needs. However, if you republish them, add the following: WPO Patti, Find A Grave contributor 46588659. Under NO circumstances are the pictures to be used in a "for sale" publication (or website) without my express written permission for each item.
OBITUARIES: I will not add an obituary without a source. If you see one of my memorials with an obituary attached and it contains either living individuals or no source, please send me a suggestion through the edit field so that I might correct it to agree with findagrave rules.
I have quite a few obituaries of which some are listed on my website and am willing to share. Please, however, follow the directions on my website on how to request.
You may also wish to check out the Melting Pot Genealogical Society website for obituaries as well.

Thank you very much for transferring the memorials of the children who died as infants. It must have been heartbreaking to lose so many children at such a young age. We will take care of these memorials in a way to honor them.

Thank You! That was very kind and generous of You.
Sorry about the two incomplete messages. I kept hitting the wrong button, which sent the messages before I was ready.

We appreciate very much the transfer of our cousin. He and his wife Minnie W Gondor had six children. Four of them died in infancy and are buried in the same cemetery. We learned of them through census records (mother of 6, 2 living). You made them more than numbers by creating memorials for them. We are deeply indebted to you. We would never have known their names without the information you provided in the memorials.
God Bless You Always.

Thanks for all you do to up-date the Whittington Cemetery records. My mother, Blanche Martin is listed as the daughter of William and Ada Atkins...should be "Watkins" instead of Atkins. Also, her sister, Mary Colbert passed away a few years ago and is buried in Pauls Valley, OK.
Marguerite Tullos, mom's only living sibling, is living in Little Rock and recently celebrated her 100th birthday.
FYI - My g-grandfather is Jefferson D. Whittington, the father of Ada Whittington Watkins.
