Move Headstone Photo
Hi Uncle Bob -
I have inadvertently created a duplicate memorial and would like to ask that you please move your photo from my memorial page to the original so that I can delete my duplicate. Thank you!

RE: Maude Burton Smith
By any chance are there any pictures of Maude's biological family?

Hi Bob,

I volunteer at our local family history dept. in the library, and while checking obits for correction in 1914, I came across this one. It was not in Find A Grave, so I made a memorial for him of 'unknown', I also transferred over to you due to relationship. I believe EVERYONE should be remembered.

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance in this area, South Bend, St. Joseph, Indiana.

RE: Robertsons at Rose Hill, Bloomington, In
Using Latitude/Longitude. WOW!!!! I'm hooked. I did not know you could click on them and have a map pop up with the location in the cemetery. This is awesome. Thanks for teaching an old girl a new trick. Love modern technology.

Robertsons at Rose Hill, Bloomington, In
Thanks for taking the time to send GPS locations of the graves of the Robertsons. I have accepted half of them for those who have a phone and know how to use longitude and latitude. I have no clue how to do this. I have left the other plot locations for those who know where the Spencer Addition is located.

RE: Ryors in Rose Hill Cem.
marker for: daughter of Joseph Howe Ryors & Emma Brown
Belle Ryors born 1875 & died 1883, seems to be missing from this Cemetery, I tried to look at the stone with a magnifying glass and WOW! that's a tough one. BUT I can not think of anyone else it may be, at the bottom on the white base it clearly reads Ryors...your guess is as good as mine :-)
P.S. I am not related to this family. I was searching for someone with a hard to spell last name that begins with R, and I came across Robert Steel Ryors, and when I clicked on his death certificate, and realized he had been an important political and civic person, with no memorial I added him to findagrave, and then with a "mother's" thought process I thought he was probably lonely considering he never married, so I started searching for his family so I could link him to someone that cared...That's my story and I'm stickin to it

Pamela Warren
Photo Volunteering for Monroe County
Hello, I am a newbie on Find A Grave, long time genealogist and brand new photo volunteer. I have found the list of request do not reflect a lot of your work. I don’t want to duplicate it and so I thought it would be more beneficial if I get direction from you about where I should work. I have “claimed” a number of the graves at Valhalla and turned in a complete list of “open” requests to Ginger in the Valhalla office. As I am sure you know they do not have their grave plots listed online. I know you have done a lot of work at Rosehill and yet there are 8 pages of “open” requests there, but when I have researched a few of them you have put up pictures on them.

My name is Pamela Warren, I live in Bloomington my phone is 812-325-6188 or you can email me. Thank you!
