CC Mason Bagdad Cemetery
Hello and thank you for all your contributions. I was curious about your opinion on the head stone for CC Mason at Find a Grave # 16498744.

My son and I were out there this past weekend looking at past filming locations for old movies. There was a scene from the 1974 movie Texas Chainsaw massacre that was at this location, and showed the head stone for CC Mason.

In your research of old graves from the 1800's, have you seen any other "column" markers similar to his? Do you think it was made to look like a broken column or if there might have been something at the top at one time?

Thank you in advance!

Sarah Ann Vail
Hello,
I see that William had two wifes. I found Sarah Vail buried in the First Reformed Protestant Dutch Chruch Cemetery #30583311 so I am not sure if she is buried with William R Vail. His Parents are buried at the Dutch Church Cemetery. She died first so she might not be buried with him. What do you think.

Find A Grave Memorial# 21585732

John - Please go to the memorial above and delete the two photos for Carl Amidon's grave. You have already posted these photos on the correct memorial - Find A Grave Memorial# 85566234 - and they should not be on Urban Constantine Bird's memorial.

Thanks

Christena Mueller/Muller/Miller Kahl
Hi John,
I just wanted to send you a note to let you know why I declined one of your edits. Christena is my 2nd great grandmother and I have copies of her marriage certificate and death certificate. On both of these, her maiden name is spelled "Mueller". On her husband's death certificate it is spelled "Muller". However, by the time Fred died, Christena had already been gone for some time so maybe the informant didn't quite remember how to spell her maiden name. In these cases where there are multiple spellings of a name, I tend to go with the certificates that were made when the person was alive and by the spelling that occurs most frequently. Therefore, in this case, Mueller is the one that I feel the most confident with. Do you have any compelling evidence towards "Muller" being the proper spelling?
Thank you for your edits and all your hard work.

Anthony Savage-142909110
John, if you would like to transfer Anthony Savage-142909110 and Ann Rastutis Savage-142909276-this is Glenn Savage-142746828 grandparents. Their son is Glenn Savage who is married to my cousin Patricia (Courneya) Savage.
I believe Anthony was born in Russia, but will email Patty later and double check.
Thanks again.
