|I am interested in history and genealogy. I enjoy learning about the life of each person I manage a memorial for, every tidbit of information brings their lives and times to life for me. History rarely teaches us about the average Joe,or even about the everyday life of those memorialized on the pages of a history book, but here, every life memorialized can teach and inspire! These are not just names and numbers to me, each memorial represents a living, breathing part of history, a chronicle of their lives, their loves, their losses, their joys and pain, their achievements and goals. I am excited to be a member of the FAG community and I hope I can make the families of every memorial I am the caretaker of proud.|
My hobby is researching my family tree. I try to be as accurate as possible when putting up memorials both for my family and those I am not related to. I will research each one to the best of my ability. If you know about a memorial on my list, please feel free to email me with edits, updates, info, I will do my best to make corrections as fast as possible and welcome any additional information that can be provided. If using any of my memorials for genealogical purposes, please be aware that most of my information is gathered from the internet, for the most accurate information possible I encourage you to do your own research to verify anything found on the memorial. If you would like a list of sources for information on my memorials where they are not listed, feel free to email me and I will be happy to provide them as I have time to do so.
Some family surnames I am researching include: Barton/ Carver/ Turnbloom/ Bartley/ Henson/ Gilliland/ Kessner/ Cecil/ Cissell/ Mattingly/ Escue/ Nichols/ Palmer/ among many others.
Feel free to reuse any pictures that I have personally put up on the site, these are either pictures I have personally taken or public domain usage pictures. Please remember that not all of the pictures on the memorials I manage are mine and may require additional permissions.
I am happy to transfer any memorial that belongs to anyone I or my husband are not related to, you do not have to fall within the FAG guidelines, feel free to ask, I think memorials should belong to the deceased's loved ones, friend or family because those are who would know them best.
Happy Grave Hunting!

Added parents to Dellie Wininger. If you would like to control this grave site I would be glad to transfer.
It is just a cemetery near my home that I am trying to get recorded.

I appreciate your attentiveness! Unfortunately, I don't see an Elizabeth White married to Stephen Barton on my tree. Thank you so much for contacting me about it. I really appreciate it. If I make that connection at some point, I'll let you know. --Sheila
I'll send you an invitation to my tree and you can check out what I have on the Kesner line for yourself. Have fun!!

I will certainly let you know if I find something about Sarah F. Dougan. I really appreciate the transfer. As I mentioned in my previous message, this branch of my family has been a complete mystery to me. My dad passed away when I was 12, and I was too young to ask or know anything about our family history. I have a cousin in Massachusetts who's descended from this line, too, so she also has info that has come in handy, but I'm always desperate for more. Thank you VERY much for this transfer. Good luck in your searches. --Sheila

Hi Nora -- Thanks for getting in touch with me. I would LOVE a transfer. She is in a part of my family that has been very mysterious to me for years, so I would love to take care of her. Thanks so much for offering. --Sheila

My mistake, Virginia Adeline Clay is who I meant, not Susan.

I saw that you manage the memorial for Elliott Bland, buried in the Hickory Grove cemetery at Brighton. Would you happen to know if his wife, Susan, is buried here? Are you related to this family? Elliot and Susan are my 5th great grandparents.
