If you want a transfer, use the edit button or I will not do them.

In the future, please use the change buttons that FAG has provided. Since Ancestry has bought FAG there are triple the number of changes. I have 30 to do on my edits at the top and this is since yesterday afternoon. If you do not understand, then go read what FAG tell you about these new additions.

I do check these to see if they are correct, so if it seems to be in error, I will decline them.

RE: William Henry Tison
This Tyson family is in the Oakview section and I remember seeing the W H Tyson and for the longest time I thought this was William Henry Tyson until I found them on the census, the only one in the lot that had markings was the W H Tyson marker, who I now think is the son Henry Harrell Tyson because of the dates. I can't explain why he would be marked that way, unless marked later.
Ella & William are not marked but they do have a large Tyson marker for the family. I walked past it a few times and one of the family members met me there. If Henry Harrell is in fact the W H Tyson marker I will delete the Henry Harrell marker I made and hopefully she can add this info to her memorial- I just wanted to be sure first. There should be three people in the Tyson plot. Sadly the lady who met me there has passed and I am still trying to locate the pictures I had. Please let Ann know I am not purposely duplicating her memorials, I take pictures too and I think I have worked with you on some memorials before. Let me know what you find! Cat

William Henry Tison
Hi Brenda-William Henry Tyson is not a duplicate of W H Tyson. William Henry Tyson was born in 1861 and died 7/17/1930. I added the dates. This was Ella Cunningham's husband who I was told was buried here.

He had a son named Henry Harrell Tyson who was born in 1904 and died in 1921. I was thinking that perhaps W H Tyson was the son because of the dates but didn't want to link onto someone else's research if they were thinking that this was William Henry- the father.

I think it may have been marked at a later date and someone assumed he was Henry named after William Henry, the father but I found the death cert and he was actually Henry Harrell Tyson. So if it is a dupe it would be of the son, not the father. I'll see if I can find this again if you need it, maybe we can get a note added to W H Tyson. Are you related, this is also my family Cat

Thanks for letting me know. That memorial was one I had "inherited" with the passing of Buck Buchanan. I've not reviewed all those I received from him. Thanks for pointing it out - I've requested of Find A Grave administrators that it be deleted. Please let me know if you find others.

Brenda, thanks for the advice and information. I was not aware of this Find A Grave rule. The automated Find A Grave replies were very confusing with "Content submitted does not belong in this data field" and "The memorial is up to date with submitted edit" instead of the real reason for the decline. I'll come back to this once I have confirmed his burial site and added it. Thanks again.

I tried to leave a link for Mrs. Andrews father, but was confused by the reason for the decline: "The memorial is up to date with submitted edit." I'm trying to understand what the problem is. Thanks so much. Have a nice day.
