|Ray Carter||Eagle Scout Project|
I have a son (Cameron) who is close to earning the rank of Eagle Scout. He is looking for an Eagle project that would require significant man-hours, where he could organize, schedule and oversee a group of volunteers that he would personally recruit. He has an interest in genealogy and he wondered if a local cemetery could use help in photographing and entering grave-site information into an existing database. I noticed on the West View Cemetery home page that you were the one who snapped the photo of the cemetery entrance and upon further investigation I see that you have done some work with the grave-sites. Could you use a hand with cataloging more of the grave-sites or perhaps photographing more of them for historical preservation purposes? Do you have contacts at the cemetery who might know of a needed project?
Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

I tried you email, but it didn't work. So, here's my message.
I believe that my great great grandparents are both buried in West View =
Cemetery in Pittsburgh. I contacted Temple Rodef Shalom,
and, although they located both graves, they were not able to take =
pictures. I was hoping you might be able to help me out.
