FAG has changed its policy regarding member copyright. Though I don't like that they did not continue to protect the copyright of their contributors in regards to Ancestry.com usage there is not much I can do about it. I STILL retain copyright to my photos and do not give permission for them to be republished in any form. That means NO to FamilySearch, that means NO to your personal webpage, that means NO to any other use by you other than attaching to your private family tree in your private family tree files on your computer. You may not use my photos to publish your book, send to family etc.

Whether you understand or agree with me about this matter or not, I have the right to make that choice for my work. I will not argue copyright with you.

***Transfer Request Rules LINK***
Please use the edit tab at the top right of the memorial you are referring to when sending updates, links and transfer requests.
(Please take the time to read the transfer request rules by following the link above). For the most part, I adhere to the transfer guidelines. I do NOT add link to a burial unknown memorial. This is FINDAGRAVE folks! Not "List Everyone Who Ever Died"!

NOTE: FAG FAQ say not to add cut and paste obituaries. In trying to comply with this rule I have turned down adding obituaries that have been sent to me. It has become apparent that FAG is adding these obits when people send them to edit@. Since FAG admins are adding I will too. Remove the names of the living before sending the obituary per FAG's "other" rule and the obituary must have attribution too.

NOTE 2: Before there was a rule against it. I added many obituary scans to memorials from our local newspaper from the early 1900. I have now attempted to go back and transcribe all of these into the bio area. Unfortunately it is very difficult to find ones that are not on my own memorials. If you find one please bring it to my attention and I will transcribe it and send it to the memorial manager. Thank you for your help.

RE: Pictures
I just looked at fieldon's memorial and they still show as sideways. I don't know if you were just telling me how to fix them or if you fixed them on his memorial

RE: Pictures
Wow, how very very helpful! I will try that from now on.
I'm happy you could fix it. Was that photo enough of a location shot? I have a couple other different angled ones that I could add or email.
p.s. I am rather computer illiterate and may need to be walked through the process step by step on how to open a photo in office.....can't even remember, now, if we have office. But if I don't then I can try those others that you mentioned.

RE: Donna M Bonner Franke
Her parents are Frank and Ida, haven't found them as of yet. The only Bonners in th Cemetery I can see are younger so maybe a nephew and or cousin. No luck finding them on Ancestry with a quick search although

RE: Donna M Bonner Franke
It's quite possibly a cenotaph as she was married twice but the other memorial is 94721504

Stella Aspend #38615475
I read the old newspapers at the Library of Congress website daily. Today, I ran across a wedding announcement for Lloyd Dodson and Hazel Aspend. Hazel is the daughter of Stella Aspend. I don't find a memorial for Lloyd or Hazel here on F-A-G, so I thought I would send this link along to you, in case this was a family member for you. Little glimpses into the lives of those memorialized to me is fascinating, and family members may not have the details the little newspaper stories give. This appeard in the Colville Examiner (Colville, WA) on 12/2/1916.

RE: William Estey
William Dell Estey Jr. was named after his father William Dell Estey Sr. who was a School Master in New Brunswick, Canada. His mother is Margaret (nee McDonald).
Both his parents died before he moved to the USA.

In 1891 William is living with Arthur McDonald (possibly related from his mother's side)

His sister Eliza Estey went to live with Mrs Charlotte J (nee Estey) Hartt the 2nd wife of David Hartt in New Brunswick.

Fieldon Logsdon
Hi there,
I know that the Redwood section has a lot of burials without markers and I can take a look. For the record (not sure which is correct) but I have the name spelled as: Fielden Logsden

RE: William Estey
I will look to see if I can fit the pieces together today. The Land records from New Brunswick may have those answers.
