I l♥ve walking through cemeteries & taking photo's. I enjoy researching my family tree & helping others with theirs.

I occasionally research additional information for the memorials I've added to link them to their family and to help relatives who are searching for them. This may include obituaries, census, death, marriage & birth records as well as military records. If you'd like to double check any of my researched information below is a list of sources used. what section are you doing in Old Tacoma, we seem to be doing the same one right now. I would like to finish section 13 i am doing both pages and photos. 6-10-13 was my last day i was out there just putting them in now the small round flat hill area off of Red Maple La street . then i'll go across the street and do 13 over there. this are has a raccoon that likes to walk around. wanting to work together on old Tacoma what are you doing. are you doing section like some other one was saying are you mowing the rows. or are you just a hit a miss here and there person. please send me a map of the section that you are and high lighte so i know where you have been thanks. | | | Liane

Did you set up the 'Old Settlers Cemetery in Lakewood, WA? If not, do you know who did? Because I have info on who is responsible for caring for it. And it isn't the county.

Cherie - I did know that some of the Scott's were buried there, but didn't have the daughters but added to our tree. It looks like Millie's info has been corrected on the heading (name). As for her DOB on headstone, someone probably gave incorrect info to the mortuary place and they inscribed the date given to them. Seems odd that whoever gave the date didn't have the correct one but it happens (unfortunately).

I figured out I can copy a file to my own account and then delete them on mine as I go... it doesn't help the rest of you know which I have done... but it is much faster. went through about a hundred photos as a trial tonite
