I am a Mother of five, a third order Franciscan Sister, and a retired science teacher living in Ludington, Mason County, Michigan. |
I transcribe and clip old newspaper death notices from the Ludington Daily News archives and Photograph the graves at local cemeteries. I am creating a digital file of these for the local library and am adding them on this site for your personal - family use, feel free to copy my work for that purpose.
Hope it helps.

You are welcome. I'm not online, or doing genealogy, as much as I once was. Sorry it took so long to catch up.

You're welcome. Oak Grove Cemetery is only 7 miles from my home (and is the cemetery where my mother is buried) so I get by there often. I will check on the burial locations next time I am in the area.

No hard evidence - only secondary inferences at this time. It is based on the connection of Deborah both to her brother Hopestill and the intermarriages of subsequent generations of Bigelows with Pringles and the fact that the the Pringles and Bigelows lived in the same area. |Ed Poulin||RE: Ebenezer Bigelows|
For Bigelows you can also find a lot at
|Ed Poulin||Ebenezer Bigelows|
The Ebenezer with unknown burial was born in 1698 and it would be very unlikely for him to have been in a Vermont Battery (Civil War) as the stone for Ebenezer G Bigelow says.
Ebenezer G Bigelow was born c1811 Springfield VT and died 4/14/1898 in Everett MA according to his death record. According to that same record his father was Jonathan.
Thanks for the idea, though.

From the pages of the Flint Journal Robert is a distant cousin to me

Thank you for adding the little obituary. There are all kinds of crazy dates in the Boston Family. You really have to sift and when several of them have the same name , it really gets crazy...lol again Thank you so very very much.
