Bio and Links
Bio Photo I grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, now live in Arlington, Virginia. I am looking for graves of my ancestors. On my mother's side, they were Scots-Irish, who arrived in Kentucky from Virginia in the mid-1700s, and English, going back to the first arrivals at Jamestowne. On my father's side, they were Russian Jews who arrived in the 1880s to the Lower East side. They are concentrated in New York and New Jersey, especially in the many cemeteries of Queens.

RE: Emma Carhart
You are very welcome. The George Beavers Carhart lot is right next to James D. Carhart lot. The monuments are almost identical. FYI there is a memorial for Henry Carhart; there was a mistake in the spelling of the last name CARHARDT not Carhart. I've put in an edit request.

RE: Owen Thomas Curd correction
Rod,

Thank you for all of that info on your line and that of Dan Curd. Your line is very distant from mine, but we are still cousins:) How would I go about getting a copy of Dan's book when it comes out? Sounds like he has done amazing work.

RE: Owen Thomas Curd correction
Rod,

Thanks so much for responding to my query. I have both the Curd Family in America and the Supp. My Mom was born a Curd, descended from Owen's brother Daniel. I'm not familiar with this new book written by Daniel Smith Curd. Can you tell me more about it? Thanks!

Owen Thomas Curd correction
Rod, you had requested I add b. and d. dates for Owen Thomas Curd. I will be glad to do so if you can provide me with your sources.

Siskind plot
In addition to the two photos that you requested, there were stones for: Charles A Leopold, Bella Leopold, Evelyn Siskind, and Harry Siskind. If you'd like pictures of their stones, create memorials and put in photo requests

Perfect! I know exactly where that is. I should be able to get it for you before the end of the month. We will be leaving for vacation next week and I'm not sure I can get to the cemetery before then.
