Argonne Forest Campbell Memorial
I noticed you had some information on his memorial. He was with my first wife, who is deceased, uncle. He also died during this time on the B-24J during WW II.

RE: Sophie Johnson Lutz
Thank you, Carol. Please go ahead and transfer Sophie's to me. Once my daughter-in-law's mother joins find-a-grave, I will have her take over her mother's and she possibly would ask you to transfer the others of her family to her so she can add any other pertinent info. Are you by any chance related to the Lutz's? If you are, it may be best for you to keep the proprietorship of those other records. Thank you for all your hard work. I have been adding the graves from my ancestors in an Ohio cemetery that is very similar to this one. This just makes it so much easier for those of us that are doing genealogy research!

Thanks, again! Terri

RE: Celina Himel Transfer
Good Morning Carol,
Thank You for the transfer of Celina Fontenot Himel's Memorial.
I live in the Houma-Thibodaux area. I used to go up to Bunkie in the summers, during high school, for band camp and as children we would go up to visit my Uncle Harry Himel, Sr. I do have plans to get to White's Chapel cemetery this fall/winter.
Best Regards,

I have not been able to get a response from this
memorial manager. I suggest you contact Find A Grave and request your transfers. Just noticed your request. I have dozens of links I have requested & have not got a response to any.

RE: A.R. Morris

Thanks in advance for looking for the headstones I'd requested. I really appreciate it!

My relation to A.R. Morris is really through his 2nd wife E. Lenora Henderson.

Let's see, My Great-Grandmother's brother (Lindsay M Russell) married (Dovie Terow Henderson). Dovie and E. Lenora Henderson are sisters... so that would make him my ... ugh, I have no idea? lol

Actually, E. Lenora and Dovie's Mother was also a Russell (Mary Abigal Russell). My family tree is overflowing with Russell's, Hearne's, and Lowder's from North Carolina ... all who seem to have married each others distant relatives, then used the same first names over and over again. It's like trying to untangle Christmas tree lights ... trying to figure out who's really related to who.

By the way, would you happen to know what Lenora's real first name was, and what name she normally used? I kept finding variations in all the records I searched (Lenora, Eddie Lenora, Elenora, Edna, Nora, Edie). Her headstone and death certificate both said Lenora, but all of the earlier census years seemed to point to her going by a different first name.

Also, if you happen to have a picture of her or A. R. Morris, or either of their parents ... I'd love to get a copy of them to add to my family tree pictures. I've been on a picture kick lately and have been trying to add as many new faces as I can.

Well, thanks again for looking for the headstones for me. Have a great week and good luck with your searches!

- Mike
