Concerning Links, Corrections and Transfer Request: Please use the "EDIT" in the top right of the memorials because it will have the memorial number and the contributor number on it which makes it easier to update, link relatives or transfer memorials. If you are asking for a transfer please state your connection to the individual. Most of the memorials I have submitted are related to me but there are others I submitted who served in the 1st Alabama Cavalry, US Volunteers which I will be happy to transfer to a descendant.

Lela McWhirter Bramlett
Lela was my great grandmother through my mom's side. Her last name was spelled Bramlett, and she is buried in Colbert Memorial Gardens (her grave is listed under Lela Bramlett on this site; not sure when Bramblett became Bramlett). Which McWhirter are you related to? Do you have any further information on the Byrds?

Caleb Washington Todd

My name is Craig B. Todd. Caleb Washington Todd is my ggg grandfather. I have been trying to find documentation for over 10 years on were he is buried. Today I came across your posting showing that he is buried at the Compton Cemetery.I descend from his son William Lewis Todd. Do you have any records or documentation of his burial? If so i would love to get copies if possible. I have always wanted to find his grave and have a stone placed.

Thank You,

Craig Todd

Robert Harper
Hello Glenda, I wanted to tell you that I created memorials on Robert Harper (133055304) Nancy Lane Harper and their oldest son Ruben J Harper at Jackson Cemetery near Collinwood, TN. Just two weeks ago I was visiting home (Florence AL) drove up to Wayne Co. TN to photograph. Robert and Nancy are my Great-Great Grandparents. Their youngest child, Martha Savannah Green Harper is my GGM. I became interested in doing this because of his story and because I became convinced the memorial for Robert B Harper buried at Stones River National was Not OUR Robert Harper. I wrote to the 1st Alabama Cavalry website, and that photo was removed at my request. I wrote a bio on the Robert Harper memorial I create here and I would love for you to review it. I've "tweeked" it many times but your suggestions would be welcomed. Also as a point of interest, William W. Miles, Woodruff Miles and Benjamin R Miles are my 2nd GG Uncles. Their brother Calvin Miles who was conscripted to join the CSA is my GGGF. Needless to say, I would enjoy hearing from you. Email is
Blessings to you,
Vicki Miles Penchosky

Francis was my GGF
Dear GMT,
The photo is the first I have ever seen of my great grandfather and great grandmother. My dad was a son of William Henry Halcomb.

If there are others I would love to see them. Thank you.

Then go to "Suggest a Correction". You can write your request to me there. This will give me a direct link to the memorial that you are referring to. For any transfers, please let me know your relationship. Please allow sufficient time for me to respond, as I am not on the computer 24/7.
