My condolences to you, Blake. I read the obituary for your mother in today's Times-Record and added a memorial for her on Find a Grave. I didn't know you were a contributor until I went to link your father to your mother's memorial. I tried to email you at the email address you have listed here, but it returned as undeliverable.
I couldn't help but smile at her very condensed life story in the paper. It sounds as if she led an incredibly adventurous life and didn't let a second of living pass her by. I was especially touched by the story of her wedding dress. I didn't know her, but I've heard the name as I'm from Valley City and do a lot of genealogy research.
When you have a chance, let me know if you'd like for me to transfer the memorial over to you to take care of.
Again, my condolences to you and your family. You've lost an amazing person. I wish I could have known her.

I see you have several Kerbaugh memorials - probably most of them. I have been researching Kerbaughs because Kermit, son of Christian and Wilhelmina, married Iona Mills Berra. I was actually researching Berras. Do you know about Kermit? I was wondering how/where Kermit and Iona met. They both have ties to Iowa, but Kermit's is way back to his father's early days, so I'm thinking they met after they both came to Cowlitz County, Washington. Just wondered if you have any information.
Do Christian and Wilhelmina each have 2 markers, 2 memorials?
I tried to send you Kermit and Iona's obits but your email address doesn't work.
