His marker was completely overgrown with grass and under that a huge amount of dead muddy grass. I did the best I could to clean it up and get as nice as possible photo for you. James

RE: Photo request
Darn! I was hoping they had gotten covered up over the years.

I think that when we pay for funeral expenses, it should include a headstone. It should just be included in the price to pay for a plot. I just don't believe anyone should be in an unmarked grave! Recently my son and his wife found out that her grandmother's grave out in Las Vegas was unmarked. They paid to have a headstone installed. Not everyone can do that, and it is sad. I am always disappointed, as a photo volunteer, when I arrive at the spot and there is no headstone.

Please keep in touch and let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

RE: Photo request
Bad news, Debbie. I found the location and there are no markers. You might want to confirm that with the office. I've noticed that sometimes when I ask for locations, they don't tell me that there is not a marker. I think when they do lookups, the screen they are in does not indicate whether or not there is a marker. They have to go and pull the cardex. The Cypress Plot has visible number plugs, so finding the location is not a problem. They are buried next to Bowes.

If you contact them and they say there are supposed to be headstones, let me know and I will get a groundskeeper to go out there with me.

Best regards,

Hi Debbie, yes it has been a long time! I have quite a few that I am doing tomorrow and I can add yours to my list. I will let you know as soon as the photos are posted.

Thanks for remembering me!

Best regards,

The information I used to create the memorial was from the obituary. I will look through my things and try to find it again.

Ann Wilson
Hi Debbie. Actually, 'my' memorial is the duplicate, since Carron's predates it by several years. I sent her an Edit request so that she can view my duplicate and take stock of the fact that Ann must be buried in Inglewood, especially in light of the fact that you called the other cemetery and they are too new to have had Ann buried there.

When Carron changes the location on the original to Inglewood, I will add the photos to it. Unfortunately, it will be a two-step process to get the dupe deleted. I have to transfer it back to Chris Mills and request that he delete it. We cannot delete memorials that have been transferred to us. The site was changed a number of years ago because people were having memorials transferred to them, and then they would delete them and create new ones, which destroyed any work done on the original.

Thank you for the information!

Take care,

Harry Honn photo request.
Hi Debbie. Long time no "see". I just wanted you to know that Harry is buried next to Ann Honn Keef Wilson. The cemetery record just said Ann W. Wilson. Perhaps you know the relationship to Harry?

Hi Debbie, I always put the date and newspaper name (if available) in the caption, so if you click on the picture to see it larger you will also see a caption below it. Linda
