RE: Isham Cox
You are very welcome! It was quite an adventure. I regret that there was a shadow on the stone. I tried to change the tone to get a clearer "Grandpap" but my equipment isn't that sophisticated. If you have a photo enhancement app on your computer, I would be happy to email the picture to you.

Kind regards,

Christie

RE: Julia Lee and Edward Lee
I'm glad to display these beautiful headstones.
Look at the hatching on the base of the headstone and the detail in the scroll above Julia's name.
Also see Elizabeth "Bettie" Wilson Collinson and the signature of Gaddess Brothers at the base of her headstone. It is possible that the Gaddess Brothers carved Julia's stone as well, but it was not signed.

RE: Helen Harrelson and Phyllis Cox
I am related to Helen Grace, but not Alma. Helen is my 1st cousin, twice removed. Her father, David Harrelson, is my G-grandmother's brother. I believe we've communicated before.........

RE: Annie Sansbury and Harry Owings
Hello--Annie Sansbury and Harry Owings are my great-great-aunt and great-great-uncle, so not in my direct lineage...you can surely transfer them if you wish, although I doubt I'll have more updates for them. I do think Harry's first name might be Henry, but need to get my mom's exact data source on him.

Thanks!

RE: Edith Fowler
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. Although I never knew her, I inherited a couple pieces of her antique furniture so she's always had a fond place in my heart.

This site is terrific--and if you ever need anything from southern MD or northern VA, let me know and I'll do my best to help.

Jennifer

I do not keep copies of stones after I post them.
This was from 6 years ago and I don't have any immediate plans for going to the cemetery in the future. I can no longer walk thru cemeteries.

I have her parents as Samuel and Mary E. I maybe I got it from the initials on the stone. If you believe this is incorrect I can change it. This is no relation to me. I took pictures because I don have relatives buried in this cemetery.

Whitington / Bjerke
I was looking at Sylvie Bjerke buried in Forest Hill in Owatonna; in the comment, it mentions that Sylvie was married twice. I'm not aware of this (he was my dad's cousin) - Sylvie's brother, Alvin was married twice (Alma and Clara); After Sylvie's death, his wife Faye remarried. I thought maybe if you had a little more information I could do a little more digging. Thank you - glen

As Time Goes By
RE: James Cowman
You are most welcome. I ended up going a second time as the stone was hard to read (debris on the stone). I washed it off with water and a rag and it came to life.
As far as his wife, Elizabeth, I could not find a readable stone next to his. There is an unreadable one there that I assume is hers but will try to confirm it soon with the sextons office there.
If there was a long delay between when you requested the memorial be posted and now I am sorry. I have just come on board as a volunteer (again)and seems no one has bothered doing the requests for several years. I am getting caught up
with them. Thankfully the cemetery isn't all that big.
