Bio and Links
Bio Photo Family tree and cemetery researcher for my own Comeau - Touchette - Henley - Deschenes - Spoor - Gauthier - Brault - Hade family. Then in turn for all my niblings: Saint Andre - Woodbury - Snow - Haney - Cox - Charron - Barthelette - Sobon - Fusari. Also, for my grand niblings: Cardinal - Omdal - Poljacik - Williams.

Any cemetery photograph that I have posted is available for use for genealogical reasons. Credit me as Robert Comeau at findagrave. Normally only one side of a stone is shown for one person. The spouse of that person and their children would have the other sides.

The following cemetery pages on FindaGrave have been created by me. It you know more information about the cemetery history, its geographic location, or pictures, then write to me. Most are memorial sites or churchyards in Massachusetts or small parish cemeteries in Quebec Province.

I descend from the Deagle's, Cheverie's, LeBlanc's, Dugas, Rice clan on my mother's side. Her grandmother came over from Prince Edward Island...and we are descendants of the original Acadian's.... Love your site! Marie

Question
Some of my relatives death certificates have them listed as being buried at Mt. Calvary-with the Mt. part very faint.... I am assuming they are buried at Calvary Cemetery near or in Suffolk County as I see the only Mt. Calvary is a Cemetery for "Nuns" only burial.... I just wanted to make sure that I am correct....that there are no burials from the 1800's at Mt. Calvary that were not nuns???? Thank you so much.... Marie

Mathurin Pitre
I see you posted some information about Mathurin Pitre, born 1605 Belgium, Died Port Royal Nova Scotia, married Felicite Thibodeau. Son Jean Pitre (1636 - 1689)

What source do you have that Mathurin and Felicite really existed and they are the parents of Jean Pitre? I've read posts on other professional genologist saying these are mistakes.

However, I noticed you also posted they are buried at Garrison Graveyard. Your source for this also?

Thanks

Acevedos in Moca, PR
Hi Robert, I am trying to piece together the Acevedo & Mendez families of Moca, PR. I came across your posting of memorial for Agueda Acevedo y Mendez Cabán and am wondering if Acevedo's are part of your family.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Tina

Pierre Richaume
Hi, doing my research I ran across a document that gives his date of birth as 1636 and his date of death as 21 Apr 1713 in Canada. Pierre arrived in Montreal in 1658.

Thanks,
Nancy Goldsmith nee Legault

RE: against the rules
I found the other 3. Now I will have to connect the two to the parents and then Ernst Bilz to Hattie as it was her first spouse.

RE: against the rules
First, there are three others on the stone that have been dead for years so I am speaking about them mostly but I have seen many other people on the site still alive with no death date and they are added.

Example Gertrude Oyer Race

Let me know your thoughts on both

Thanks for replying so quickly
