Bio Photo **Please use the photos I provide in whatever manner you wish. As others have pointed out to me, that is what findagrave is about.**

I've been off-and-on into family genealogy since high school, when it meant doing it the hard way.

I have a desire to visit every pioneer cemetery in the Pacific Northwest, which has many due to the Lewis & Clark trail. I've always found pioneer cemeteries poignant in details and have felt humbled by the conclusions one can draw from related grave markers.

I have little family documented in the Pacific Northwest; however, I never leave my camera behind and document what I see.

Now and then I go through the comments to keep track of those that need response from me. If your comment is cleared, please know it isn't personal and I appreciate all comments and corrections. I won't remove those that have extra information so others are able to reference your hard work in providing excellent help. :)

Please take a look at the memorial for Robert Anton Nelson (memorial #102850741)at Cowlitz View Memorial Gardens in Kelso, WA. The grave photo you uploaded in 2013 to this memorial is not for him. Thank you.

Johnnie Clay memorial
I noticed you left flowers on it with the note of little cousin. I was wandering how you were related because He is my great uncle. My grandpa Ollie Clay was his brother.

John Melson
I am wondering since the memorial for John Melson has been transferred to you, if you related and might know more about him. I am a Melson descendant and am trying to verify if this John is in my line. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have a call into Shakleford Funeral Home in Waynesboro to see if any children in the year 1930 are buried at the Memorial Gardens.
