Like most, my interest began with my own family tree and has now expanded in an attempt to help others just getting started or to those who cannot travel to the cemeteries themselves. I have been working on my own family lines since 1991 and have enjoyed every bit of it. For those who know, it is more than a hobby, it's a life love. Thank you to those who have helped me and I hope to pass it on and do the same for others. |

My great-grandmother on my father's side was a Blake (Mary). My father just last week told me that she had a brother who owned a saloon and that her husband worked as a bartender there. That is how I found John Howlin (their mother's maiden name) Blake. She married William Rossiter and moved here from Ireland in the early 1900's. Their daughter Mary married my grandfather James Harris McGowan. They all lived in Philadelphia.
Glad to return the favor!

Thank you for the work you've done. Knew they had a child and couldn't find anything on that.

Wow ! That was fast. Thank you so very much. I'm excited to be able to tie them together and make updates as I get them. You're the best. Many, many thanks.

Hello and thanks for writing. I made the edits that you suggested. Since she is related to you would you like her memorial transferred to you? Just let me know, would be glad to do it. Thanks and have a great day.

Hi Johnny, We must be related. My grandparents were Walter Jeremiah Griest and Mary Lydia Steele.
I'd be very interested in information sharing via private email.

I have just started delving into family history, and just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate being able to see photos of my ancestors' graves and the information you have curated.

|Nancy Sacco||Thank you!|
I deleted the duplicate photo of Theodore F. Wakefield. Had to Google "How TO" but it worked.
P.S. Cool beans on the "Alert to rudeness"!!!
|Rita Long||Alert to Rudeness|
I just saw your "Alert to Rudeness", lol great ideal. I had one person that was so bad, he found my phone number, called me up, blessed me out, asked me who gave me permission to put his family tombstone on this site. His wife emailed me several times trying to explain. I was so upset I took my picture and info off and would not do anything on this site. I am weary still.
