Bio and Links
Bio Photo I apologize for any errors in memorials I have created. Any errors were unintentional. Please contact me and I will be happy to correct any erroneous information. I will also be happy to transfer memorials upon request. I am the copyright owner of all photos that I have placed on Find A Grave. However, I hereby grant permission for my Find A Grave photos to be used by family and friends for purposes of genealogy without compensation. In keeping with Find A Grave policy I never charge for the work I do for Find A Grave. I work for the City of Selma Cemetery Department, but my volunteer work for Find A Grave does not constitute an endorsement of Find A Grave by my employer.

PLEASE HELP ME HELP YOU. I receive hundreds of requests for edits and transfers of memorials. It is almost impossible to keep up with all of the requests. PLEASE USE THE EDIT FEATURE NOW AVAILABLE IN FIND A GRAVE TO MAKE YOUR REQUESTED EDITS. IF IT HAS BEEN OVER THIRTY DAYS SINCE YOU CORRESPONDED WITH ME DIRECTLY AND NO ACTION ON YOUR REQUEST IS APPARENT PLEASE WRITE ME AGAIN. WHEN YOU SEND AN E-MAIL DIRECTLY TO ME MAKE THE SUBJECT OF THE MESSAGE "FOLLOW-UP - FAG MEMORIAL XXXXXXXX". Please include a link to the memorial in your e-mail. I may have overlooked some requests for changes or updates to memorials. If you have asked and I have not responded, please ask again. Additionally, FOR FASTER SERVICE PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR TRANSFER REQUEST THROUGH THE FIND A GRAVE TRANSFER REQUEST PROCESS - NOT BY DIRECT MESSAGE TO ME.. Please include a link to the memorial in your e-mail.

Due to the many transfer requests I receive, I will only transfer memorials that USE THE EDIT BUTTON on the memorial that you want transferred to you. Then chose "Suggest a correction or provide additional information"

Thanks for your understanding.

Allen Eaves
I was once a Carny kid and I used to know an Allen Eaves from Selma and his mom was Margie.
he married a girl from Canada named linda.
I lost touch with him long ago and have been trying to find him. Do you know Allen?
I Think perhaps the Allen you have listed may have been his grandfather.

RE: John Tyler Russell
Thanks for your response. I am related to many of the Russells, Tillmans, Traylors and Morrisons in Live Oak ... and many in Valley Creek. I have obtained a certificate of death for John Tyler Russell's mother-in-law, Mary Ann Tillman Traylor. She is buried in the OLO 66 plot near John Tyler (1841-1916) and his wife Martha Frances Traylor Russell (1844-1877). Also in OLO is his brother M. C. (Matthew Cicero)Russell and his wife Bettie Knox Russell.
I do not know for certain who the child, John Tyler Russell (1906-1907)is, but I would think it is the child of John Tyler Russell Jr who lived in Selma at the 1900 Census.
Any tombstone pictures would be greatly appreciated, especially John Tyler (1841-1916). I have not been able to determine where he died. My mother's records had MS, but MS says "no record", so ???

Thank You!
Thank you so much for posting the photograph of my Great-Aunt Teena's memorial. Teena took care of me as a little boy and I know she would be very happy to be remembered.

Thank you again.

RE: John Tyler Russell
I am interested in both John Tyler Russells (one in 66e) and in Martha Frances Traylor Russell in (66) in Live Oak. Is there any information about parents of the year old John Tyler? It could possibly be my mother's brother.
I find that I am related to almost all the Russells in LO/OLO and in Valley Creek. I wish I had started this search MANY years ago, but at least I will get my granddaughters and great granddaughters off to a good start.
Thanks once more.
