I am an amateur genealogist and a member of Cornerstone Genealogical Society in Waynesburg, Greene County, PA. Family surnames include Chambers, Tedrow, Morris, Rush, King, Strait, Tarr, Imhoff, Whipkey, Chenoweth, and more.

I am a retired teacher. I received my AB from West Liberty State College in 1967. I received a MA from West Virginia University in 1989. I did some work on a doctorate from 1990 to 1995 at WVU.

I am a father of three and a grandpa of two.
