This is me about 58 years ago. Add some gray hair and a couple of feet in height and it would be me today. I have been working on my family tree for about 25 years. I am also a volunteer for a genealogical site called www.raogk.com. Over the last few years, I have transcribed cemeteries in WA, OR, IA, and IN. I have also started taking headstone photos in many of the cemeteries in my area. If you need help w/ censuses, let me know. | |

Hi Shelli, it is still possible, but like I said the gal that was in the office was a part-timer, the office manager was out. She found no record of her. Perhaps when Joyce calls, the manager might be able to help her. We walked and walked, followed up every lead for other relatives and came up with a zero. There is another cemetery that's connected - Ocean View and we've seen the paper get them mixed up frequently. If Joyce isn't able to find anything, I'll go to the newspaper and follow up through other means, if she's in Coos Bay, we'll find her :) Esther | | |
