I am a former teacher, mother of 4 and Nana to 10 beautiful grandchildren. I have always been passionate about my faith, family, animals, history and genealogy. A New Englander by birth, I now reside on the Maine coast. My wonderful husband was a career AIR FORCE man and we traveled much of the world. I LOVE America and have the deepest respect and honor for our men and women who serve our country, both now and in days long ago. As a Christian, I KNOW that death is not the end...but a beginning for those who have loved The Lord. I thank you in advance for visiting my loved ones, I truly appreciate your visits.
PLEASE stop by my Virtual Cemetery; "Celia's Precious Girls." These three beautiful little girls were killed in a car crash. You will fall in love with them as I have.

Eliza Balcom I see that you left flowers on Eliza's memorial. I am not family and if you would like her memorial transferred to your care, just let me know. I found her obit in a diary that was kept by her minister, Rev. Briggs. You can contact me through her memorial if you would like it transferred.
RE: Hello- Rev. Charles Sherman Balcom The photo has been uprighted on his memorial. Was told that the Amboy Historical Society has information on him and his life. Possibly you could contact the Town of Amboy Historian to get more information. :)
RE: Hello- Rev. Charles Sherman Balcom Hello, I didn't add the photo from the cell phone but was able to copy and rotate it for you. Unfortunately it won't let me add it in this message and you have no contact information to send it by email. I did contact "dmiller" who took the photo and also sent them a copy of the uprighted photo. So hopefully they'll delete the first sideways photo and add the uprighted photo. I'll wait to see if they change it or contact me back and if not- I'll go ahead and post the uprighted photo eventually. Just want to give them time to post it themselves. Have a great day! :)
RE: Greetings Well being since we still do not know who Antoine's Parents were yet. Kind of hard to find right now.
People do tend to move around a bit. Antoine's Parents may have lived near or in paris and moved later to the place of his birth. I am not say there is a strong connection but they could very well be a connection none the less.
Although my grandmother Suzanna Pitre married an Hebert in St. Malo after the acadian expulsion and moved a bit further inland before moving to Louisiana which was owned by the Spanish at the time.
I am certain once we know who Antoine's parents are. we may find he and louis may have been cousins at the least like you and I.
I hope to go to France personally one day to investiage only I doubt I may find very much.
