I became interested in Genealogy about 12 years ago after going thru my grandmothers "Trunk of Treasures". The interest is now a full time obsession, which I enjoy. |
Some of the main names in my line are Ray & Brewer from Tennessee. Ward, Bedwell, Ford, Wiley, Jackson, Mourton and Pickard Pinkerton, Winters, Chesshir,Stubbs, Alsbury in Arkansas & Texas, Akers, Roberts, Stevens, May in Texas.
I would love to hear from anyone who is researching any branches of "my" tree.
If you see a flower from me on a memorial, that means they are in my tree, so get in touch.
IF ANYONE HAS MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY, MS, ALS, PARKINSONS OR ANY OTHER CONDITION THAT HAS TO DO WITH MUSCLES, PLEASE CONTACT ME. I HAVE MD, MY DAD HAS MS, AND THERE ARE SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS IN THE BEDWELL LINE THAT HAVE EITHER MD OR MS. I AM WORKING WITH A FOUNDATION THAT IS RESEARCHING AND WORKING ON A CURE FOR MD, THANK YOU.

|Christine Deyo||Bedwell Relative with info.|
My name is Christine Deyo. My Great Grandmother was Hazel Shepherd. I am new to genealogy, But I think from my research that Zora Bedwell was my 2nd Great Aunt on my Father's side.
The reason I am writing is I ready your Bio and we DO have two KNOWN cases of Parkinson's Disease in our family. My Uncles (Father's Brother's) both have been diagnosed with it. We lost Richard a few years back and Bernard is suffering from some form of it now. so I have heard.
No known MD as far as I know. But definitely the PD. My DNA kit is online on GED MATCH if that is any help to you for your research. you can message me via Ancestry.com or my FB page which is:
Christine Richer (Deyo)
I hope all is well with you,

I sent it to his memorial. It has a nice bio about him. Talk later
|Brandon O'Rear||RE: Pauley Cemetery|
It's done. I sent a message to the Freda Gibson and told her that Pauley Cemetery is in Ark., not Okla. and that the memorial she made for Charlie Fairless was (1) a duplicate ~ someone had made his memorial about 2 years before she made one for him ---that's why it's necessary to have Find A Grave delete the whole cemetery site before others do the same; (2) it's in the wrong cemetery; (3) it's in the wrong state. I will talk to the lady at the Idabel Library and try to get all that cleared up, before someone else does the same thing. Actually there are 2 or 3 more cemeteries that they show in McCurtain County that are in Pushmataha County or Choctaw county, because I have seen them. I am sorry this turned out so bad for you and I am sorry you lost your dad. Have a nice night
|Brandon O'Rear||Pauley Cemetery|
Larry Ebahotubbi told me that Pauley Cemetery IS in Arkansas--NOT in Oklahoma. You need to delete all those memorials. Other people may send edits to this one, or add memorials to it; and it doesn't exist. You can check out the memorials (in Ark.) and you will see where someone has added photos to the memorials of the people who have grave stones. Thank You
|Brandon O'Rear||RE: PAULEY CEMETERY BURIALS|
The cemetery is almost on the OK/ARK line. I was told ARK claims it. The cemetery is shown to be in ARK on Find A Grave. You can delete the ones I sent the message (I didn't get to look at each one -- I got tired of doing it). But don't delete ALL of them, I think some of the ones you made are not duplicates ~~ but you need to put them in Pauley Cem. in Little River County. Thanks

my ancestry user name is Possumlips, thanks for the invite. i can share my tree with you also. My wife Cindy is still working on her side and maybe you can help her add info as her moms "Margret" memory isn't so clear nowadays.

Do you know who his parents were? All I know is that his parents died in the 1889 flood. His foster parents were John and Martha Susan PETITTE Biggs. Any information would be appreciated.

You requested a photo for Mary's memorial and noted that you wanted one of her husband's(Samuel) as well. I have uploaded both to their respective memorials.
