Just curious on how you got the picture of the family. Are you actually related to him? Reason I ask is because Lyman Randall Daniel is my great grandfather. So Logan would of course be my great-great- grandfather.

|Nita Bates Schaerer||Ephriam Madison & Cynthia Hunter Bates|
Would you please remove Ephriam Madison Bates (Memorial #13532999)and Cynthia Hunter Bates (Memorial #13532994)names and pictures for burials in Sharp Cemetery located in Cherry Log, Gilmer County, Georgia. They are not buried in Sharp Cemetery.
Grave markers were placed at Sharp Cemetery by my Aunt, Leah Ruth Bates Hagan prior to her death in 2003. Ruth was a great granddaughter of Madison & Cynthia and strongly felt that they were buried in Sharp Cemetery. However, it is my understanding, that she did not actually have proof, or documentation that they were buried there.
Burial for Ephriam Madison Bates, also known as E.M. Bates, and Cynthia Hunter Bates are in Eleazar Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Monroe County, Tennessee (memorial #81155164) under the names of E.M. Bates b. February 15, 1822 d. October 16, 1905 and Cyntha Bates b. 1824 d. January 18, 1907
Needless to say, this has caused much confusion. I have had the grave markers removed from Sharp cemetery and I would greatly appreciate your help in making the above corrections.
I will also be contacting you, under separate cover, in regards to making corrections for Toliver Bates.
Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
Than you very much!
