First i want to say a big thankyou to everyone who leaves my twins and family tokens, i am very greatful. |
My dad died in 1972 when i was 9 days old and to this day i have not been able to find his resting place which is why i do what im doing here as know how hard it is to find a loved ones resting place.
I can go to cemeteries in Enfield, Edmonton, Cheshunt, Chingford, Clacton, Colchester, Feltham, Heathrow, Waltham Abbey, Walthamstow and areas around them, maybe i can go further out, all depends how far. I can help with your searching for your loved ones grave in England if your not in England. I can also help with any research you may want help with in the same areas or in the UK if you are from a different country. I have the National Burial Index, second edition and will get the third when it is available, so if you would like me to do a look up, then just ask and i will quite happily.
If there is a memorial i have done for a loved one of your family and you would like it removed/changed or transfered then please email me and i will do it for you, or if there is any mistakes or anything else wrong with a memorial i have done please let me know.
***I am sorry for very late replies to emails, corrections etc lately but have had problems with my email address, so have made new one, sorry for inconvenience***

Thank you. I had been photographing headstones at Masham and Bedale. As I was nearby, I thought I'd look for other CWG sites, but hadn't made a note of directions. One occasion when I might have appreciated GPS. Still, I live near enough to try again soon.

I was trying to find Crakehall Cemetery and missed it.
Still, I found Hornby, and, as well as finding your memorials, I added a major general, two lieutenant colonels, an MBE and a CBE. Not bad for such a small village.

I deleted my memorial even though the information was more accurate but since I got the cemetery wrong someone else added it asked for a photo request as you requested
|Jim Ditton||Captain Smiths wife|
Hi this is concerning Captain Smiths wife you were right about the cemetery she is in the one you said someone else already created a memorial for her however the information birth and death dates are not accurate there is a location of the grave Plot 32 contributor P J Barnes number 46991204 added it on June 9 2009 memorial number 38119367 there is no picture of her the headstone or of the cemetery maybe you can contact this person with the correct information I will delete mine Thanks anyway for your help Take Care Jim

Thank you for all that you do to memorialize the poor children who are viciously murdered for profit here in the U.S. every day. I have been researching these tragic deaths and there is enough information to keep an army of people busy for a very long time.

Ive added his first name but you sent me a correct for place of birth Ive got his listed as
Ilchester,Somerset, England, as per his CWGC record. The correction you sent me was to change it for Somerset, is this correct?

You're welcome. Several cemetery photographs are still pending approval.

both father and son are buried side by side... as for my grandfather i may have to take a chainsaw with me next time as he may have a large tree/shrub covering his headstone... last person to visit his grave was about 30 years ago and they said it had a small tree next to it...so fingers crossed
