I live in the Port Orchard, WA area and am a Pacific Northwest Native, however, also lived in Minnesota for 20 years before returning to the Pacific Northwest. |
I am Married to a wonderful Husband whom is from New Jersey, whom is Retired, he loves the Pacific Northwest as much as I, we met in the Midwest and upon our first Vacation to the Pacific Northwest (he had never been here), he fell in love with it, I always missed it and when we were able, we moved here in 1999. We absolutely love where we live.
I continue to work as a Registered Nurse as I have for the past 21 years, most of my Career in the Correctional Nursing field and love what I do.
My Husband and I love to Travel. In addition to Traveling, I have always had an interest in Cemetery's (which I visit on my travels) and the lives and histories of those whom are no longer with us, but have all left some kind of legacy. I love this Web Site because it is a Virtual Cemetery of the World. I am hoping to become more involved i.e. I am just learning how to take the pictures, download them and add them to Web Pages (I just did a Memorial for my Father, Jack C. Morse) who passed away in February 2008 and am quite proud of how it turned out.

I added my photos to your memorial and removed the memorial I created. I also sent you a bunch of updates so check the edits pending button. Wilbert's son, Dennis, is buried nearby. I sent a request to have him linked to your memorial.
Thanks for switching the cemeteries and getting back to me so quickly!

My interest in the Endicott cemetery comes two ways: One, my own in-laws - William and Nora Parkman are buried there. Two, I am helping the Mayor of Brewster, WA research to replay him for helping me with my own dad's veteran memorial in the Brewster Cemetery. The mayor of Brewster is Lee Webster - Peter Backus was his great-grandfather on his mother's side. Peter and his wife had about a dozen children and many are buried in the Endicott Cemetery. I have found this family in the 1900, 1910, 1920, 1930 and 1940 census, his WWI draft card, his military service record and his marriage return which included his mother's maiden name and the names of his in-laws.
I don't mind emails at firstname.lastname@example.org instead of all via Find A Grave. Regards, Jack Stevens of Virginia.

There is a duplicate of this nice memorial. The other memorial for him is: 29283440. Keep up the great work!

I am assuming you don't link people since you haven't done so. Penny

Hi Melinda. You requested photos of this gravesite. I posted photos in 2009 of what was there. He is buried with his mother and there was only a small cemetery marker for him. I will go to the cemetery to see if there is anything more. Nancy
