|William Harrison||Correction for Elizabeth Stone's memorial|
Can you please correct the entry of Elizabeth Stone's name on her memorial?
She is the daughter of Stephen Stone and Nancy Bowen.
You have entered the name "Stone" as her maiden name, without identifying any married name.
That causes the indexing in Find A Grave to list her as Elizabeth, without a last name, in the index for Stringtown Cem.

I have some additional info on Frederick if you would like to add it to his memorial.
He was born in Hochstadt, Hanau, Germany, christened 22 Aug 1703, died in Graceham, Frederick, Maryland and buried 7 Jul 1784.

Shirley, My grandmother was a Green and is buried in the same cemetery. On one of my visits with family in Idaho, we went to the Butt Cemetery and took pictures of all the Greens and other family members. So we might be related some how. I have added the connection to parents. I could add more info or turn it over to you. I will think about transferring, not sure since also believe I am related. You might be closer relative. Linda

I have made the family links and transferred the memorials to you. I'm glad to be able to reunite families on find a grave.

I've just transferred Napoleon to you. I accidently came upon that cemetery while riding through the LBJ Nat'l Grasslands NW of Ft. Worth, TX. It is really a neat cemetery, no houses or anything nearby, just the natural sounds, peaceful, quiet. Viva, Tejas!

Thanks for trying

Hi - I sent you this email in response to your first message to me back in June, but I guess you didn't get it? Oh well - here is what it said, and how I'm related to Elizabeth Barnes. :)
Hi Shirley, I would love to see the pictures you said you have! My mom says she has a few pictures, but I haven't seen them yet so I don't know what she has.
Elizabeth Barnes is my great-great-great grandmother. Her daughter, Elizabeth Ann, married Sidney Pitman. They had a son named George Howard. George (I think he went by the name of Howard) married Emily Jane Morgan, and their oldest child is my grandfather on my mother's side.
I just happened to ask my mother today if she could remember off the top of her head the names of her ancestors that were in the Martin handcart company. After she told me the name of Elizabeth Barnes, I did some poking around on the internet to see what I could learn. That's how I came across your entries on the find a grave site. :)
Thank you again for sharing your information - it has been so fascinating to learn about a few of my ancestors.

Would you happen to know the plot #'s for William and Emma Clegg in in Rerie- shelton cemetery? I called the caretaker, got no response.

Hello, Elizabeth Barnes Billman was one of my ancestors. I just wanted to say thank you for adding the picture! I learned her first and maiden names today and did some poking around on the internet to learn more about her. I was amazed to find that my husband and I inadvertently gave our first daughter the same name - her name is Elizabeth Jane also. :) I was very excited to find a picture of Elizabeth Billman. Out of curiosity, where did you get the picture? Are you also a descendant?

I am so sorry I missed seeing your message to me! It has been one of those years. Heber City Cemetery is the correct one. Since I made that one, I am going to transfer it to you since it also has the grave photos. Double check my work and then you can delete yours if you wish or delete the one I send you. Again I apologize for not catching your note on the message board on Find A Grave. Have a great evening!
