Hi Diane,
I just want to thank you for the amazing work you have done getting photo and making memorials in this cemetery. If you hadn't done it, I doubt I ever would have found the branch of my family that is buried there.
I wish you all the best.
Yours,
Ava

Dear Diane,
I am not sure why your message has appeared in my inbox as it was from quite a long while ago. Thank you for your reply.
I am very interested in any information I can find on this line of our family.
Hedley apparently jumped ship and lived in America all his life as an 'illegal'.
Your help was and is truly appreciated.
Marie

Transfer & thank you
Hello Diane,
Thank you for your generosity in transferring:
Josephine Anna Lorendo Thomas # 28431160
to my care.
With your help, I have successfully connected her with her parents, seven siblings, husband and three children.
As I receive more information, I will be adding it to Our shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
Marcia

Thank you Diane. Maybe I'll have the chance to visit San Francisco in the future and do the same cemetery walk. :)

Memorial # 20777758 - H.A. Ellis
Hi Diane,

Thank you for posting this memorial. My ancestor, Hannah A Ellis (nee Tibbetts), died in San Francisco on 5/23/1905. She was married to Joseph Doane Ellis who died on 2/15/1898, was a Mason and was buried in the Masonic Cemetery. Woodlawn employees informed me that Hannah Ellis is interred in Grave #7, Tier #2, Section G BUT that there is not a gravestone on her grave. This stone suggests it is her stone (initials, last name, death year, masonic symbol and Section G).
Would you have any other information associated to your picture and the fact that you recorded the plot to be in section G that may help me determine if this is indeed the gravestone for "my" Hannah Ellis, maybe just located somewhere else in Section G?

Thank you in advance for any help you may provide.

Sincerely,
Karen Quintero

I recently took over my grandfather's, Leonard H. Costello (William's son). My mom is so happy that we found William's grave. We have been looking for it for a long time. Thanks.

I have been searching for this grave for 20 years! This is my mother's father's father's grave. Can you please transfer this record to me? I can link it to his wife and 8 children. Thanks!
