Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in southwest Michigan. My husband and I have been together for almost forty years and have six children, four son/daughters in law, and sixteen grandchildren.

My passion for genealogy began almost thirty years ago, when I began researching my and my husband's families.

Family is very dear to me, both those that are here, and those who went before me, paving the way for me to be here.

If I can help someone find their family by contributing to Find A Grave, I am happy to do it.

RE: Memorial Transfer
She is not responding to my requests and she has Darwin Jr married to his mother. Not sure who to contact about this. I tried contacting the head administrator but they have not replied to my e-mail yet.

RE: MacCloy vs McCloy
I think it is one of 2 things but first, I remember as a young kid when all the cousins would get together we'd argue about the spelling but not about the 'a', rather whether or not there was a space between Mc and Cloy. McCloy or Mc Cloy. No Nintendo in those days, just thinking games.

Now the 2 possible reasons for the name change:
daughter June became a star, even got in some Marx Brothers movies, and an agent, etc. thought it sounded better.

2. Louis, I found out, spent some time in the Michigan pen, they have him listed as McCloy, and changed it when he got out. heh heh. And why did my story telling grandpa never tell me this?
