There is an application for a Military Headstone for Lewis L. Hall. His death date is listed as November 7, 1925. Also his enlistment date was December 1, 1964 and discharged July 8, 1864. He was a Private, Co. E, 68 Ohio Inf. The application is signed by Mrs. Minnie Hall, Grand Junction, Colo. Would you please add this information. Thank you.

OCALA, Fla. - Michael Don Calkins, 60, of Ocala, Fla., died Sept. 6, 2000, in Madison.
He was born in Boise, Idaho. He was a truck driver and a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Aspinali Calkins of Ocala, Fla.; his daughters, Debra Slover of Grand Junction, Colo., and Michele Ricks of Elberta, Utah; a stepdaughter, Joni L. Aspinall of Laconia; his sons, Tim Calkins of Meridian, Idaho, John Calkins of Port Orchard, Wash., Russ Calkins of Caldwell, Idaho, Greg Calkins of Grand Junction, Colo. and Mark Calkins of South Jordon, Utah; his sisters, Bonnie Byerly, Debbie Siemon and Brenda McAfee, all from Boise, Idaho; his brothers, Bud Calkins of Boise, Gary Calkins of Mount Rose, Colo., Don Calkins of Notus, Idaho, Steve DeVinaspre of Boise and John DeVinaspre of Boise; 26 grandchildren; one step grandchild; and two great grandchildren.
Hiers Funeral Home from Ocala, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
