|Linda Towers||RE: THANK YOU!!|
Yes, it's McClurg and her father was Harvey Dwight McClurg. I didn't know anything abt her until I found a scrap of paper at my cousins house that had dates scribbled. I have been searching 20 yrs. They moved back there in the 1870 census and then moved back to Iowa. By chance does your book list any other McClurg's? As I believe Harvey & family moved back to take care of his ailing mother and have never found where she is buried, nor death date:( Anna is my g'ma's baby sister.

WOW!! Thank you so much for taking the headstone photo for Anna McClurg. Its beautiful! I never dreamed I would have a photo of her headstone. I can't tell you how much this means to me! You are an Angel!

Thank you so much. This site helped me a lot last summer while I was working on my family tree. So nice of you to take your time and help me. Much appreciated.

Thank you for being available on this site and posting the picture of my grandparents tombstone. When visiting the find a grave website, I realized that my grandmothers date of death was not put on her tombstone. I called the cemetery (Haven Hill in Olney)and they had someone come out and put the year that she passed away on her tombstone. (1974) I was wondering if you live in the area and would be able to update the photo of their tombstone. I live in Florida and am not sure when I'll ever be to that area. Thank you. Colleen

|Shelly||Elizabeth Frances Hunt Knight-Totten grave|
Hello. I wanted to say thank you for the photo of the grave stone of Elizabeth Frances Knight-Totten located in Ebenezer Cemetery which you posted on Findagrave.com.
As for your photos ... may I have permission to post them (and any other of your photos of my ancestors' and/or their graves that you may have posted or will post in the future) on my Ancestry.com file. I post a message under the photo giving credit to the person who took the photo. I have no interest in publishing any books or using the photos in any way other than for genealogical purposes. I have several things I post under the photos depending on the "owner" of the photo's desires. I have two below ... if you will allow me to post your grave photos on my Ancestry file then I'll place the statement of your choice. The second one has a _____ in it and that's where I would place your e-mail address so people can contact you directly for permission.
NOTE: This photo was obtained from a Findagrave.com photo volunteer and the volunteer has kindly given me permission to post this on my Ancestry.com file. You should take the steps to contact the owner of the photo for permission to use this photo for your personal use ... permission is NOT granted by me for any use as it is not mine to give.

Again, thank you so much for your kindness ... Find A Grave volunteers are wonderful people :-)

|Lavinnia Sullivan||Virgil I Heap|
Virgil was my father. We have pretty much lost contact with the extended family since my grandparents died. I remember family reunions in southern Illinois when I was little. It would be great to reconnect with family. Please contact me.

Since Virgil was your cousin, would you like me to transfer the memorial page to you?
