|My wife and I have been very interested in tracing our family history back as far as we can for a couple of years now. After my grandparents and other relatives have passed away I was given all the pictures from their houses so I have a lot of very old pictures as well as very old family Bibles. My wife, children, and I have traveled all over Maine and into New Hampshire visiting cemeteries and taking pictures of our ancesters. It is a great project and we have learned a lot of interesting facts about our family heritage. Some of the names we have in our immediate pedegree are Hodsdon, Waltz, Kimball, Bowley, Garland, Thyng, Creamer, Leavitt, and Bartlett. Robert and Heidi Hodsdon|

|R Moore||RE: message about request|
I took about 600 photos this week end and just happened to stumble on Mabel. I don't claim requests unless I know I have them, so I am not sure if I have any others. I will get the photo for her posted soon.

the grave stone photos you posted were mine taken from my memorial then put on your BU which you had moved to the correct cemetery. I would have deleted my memorial and posted the photos for you if you had just asked.

I have reported you to Find A Grave for unauthorized use of my photos.
your memorial was a bu then moved to correct cemetery making yours the dupe.the proper action has been taken.
You have requested the transfer of 4 Bowley's in the Schoolhouse Cemetery in Rangeley. What is your relationship to them? Thanks.

You make this request on a regular basis and my answer is always the same. This memorial falls outside the four-generation mandatory transfer rule.
Edward is, according to all previous correspondence from you, your great-great-grandfather. Your own memorials here bear witness to his generational position. While you may find it convenient to lose a generation for your own purposes, the facts remain.

As you know, I follow the four-generation rule for mandatory transfer that is set forth in the Find A Grave site rules.
As always, I will happy to add any information that doesn't already appear on the memorial. I did remove the notation about the gravestone possibly being missing as it clear from the photos provided by other volunteers that it is most definitely in place and fairly legible.
Thanks for being in touch.

Hi Bob and Heidi...I notice you have posted some family photos on Patch/Severance memorials at Stratham. I am not related and would prefer transfer to you since it appears you are. I have updated memorials with data you have provided. Please use edit tab for each transfer request, and thanks for your contributions to Find A Grave! Linda

I only transfer your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
|Bob McLellan||RE: Merrill|
Thank you very much for the transfers of Samuel & Elizabeth Merrill.
|Renee O||Rinda Hodgdon|
Hi Robert, I was working on Rinda hodgdon family and found a discrepancy in Rinda's parents names.
The record of death shows Isaac Reed and Susan Bryer could you check this out? Zina Hodgdon is a relative on my dad's side.
Thank you for looking in to this.
