Hi Julie. Greetings from Canada. The reason for writing is I was wondering if you are related to James Dray who is buried at St. Mary Magdalene Churchyard in Ruckinge. He was my 3rd great uncle.
I hope to hear from you

I also added this name at the cemetery............
|geoffrey gillon||Bettis in Essex|
I added a Bettis at St Margaret's-Stanford-le-Hope and there are two at Vange but as at 27 June 2009, the name is spelt wrong.

Hello, I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to honer people. George married my mother when I was 16 years old. And he has been my dad ever since. He was a very honerable man, and very missed. Thanks again, Lillian

we went today to haverhill hoping to take pictures for your memorial
The place is huge and has more than one cemetery or churchyard
any idea where this person was buried otherwise it is as good as place unknown?
Is Dray of particular interest for you? We visited Patrixbourne today (it's actually, St Mary's Church - please do not create cemeteries with place name only) but could not find your memorial. No surprise, if it's 1673, but may be you want to contact the church. I have their details. However, still having the name in mind, we came across Dray in another churchyard nearby - and it is not in Find A Grave yet.
If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact us
Ignore my earlier message as I see you have added St. John the Baptist at Mucking.
I have added three photos 21st March 2008- see my notes behind the view of the church.

Have you covered any other churchyards in the area?
