I have been taking headstone photos of family states from North Dakota to Pa. to Kansas to North Carolina for many years and adding to my Family. I am pleased to share any of my research with family.|
ON THE F.A.G. site, I have added hundreds of photos, cemeteries, missing dates.... and most important, added MAPS to help others locate cemeteries.. One problem is that many request photos to be taken, but there is NO location given or it is WRONG, making it difficult to help. A reliable MAP makes it so much easier.
I am more than happy to TRANSFER to a family member any memorial that I have added if they so request.
In following request, I find it a shame that so many old, and sometimes forgotten cemeteries are neglected, grown up in brush, weeds and even trees making it very difficult to photograph.
My wife, when able, has also enjoyed walking over cemeteries helping me look for headstones making it an unusual outing for us. We marvel at some unusual names epitaphs and designs.
We enjoy helping others by following up on request in my area as time and weather permit.
Thanks to all who help build this site.

|Lori Johnson||Ingrams at Pineview Cemetery in NC|
You have photographed several Ingram graves at Pineview Cemetery in NC. I would like permission to use these photos in my private family tree. They are members of my husband's family. Thank you so much for all the work you do here!
|Margaret Gagliardi||Charley Devine|
Fred, Thank you so very much for a photo of Charlie's tombstone. He was shot to death, while trying to help a police officer, but right now I don't have the details.
|Garland Lucas||Ephraim Bass|
Fred, thank you again for taking the time to capture this photo. I'm still missing two of Ephraim's children, John William Bass and Elbertie Maud Bass, who both are buried at Pineview. When you can get by there again, I would appreciate it.

|Alma Smith||Alma Smith Griffin #110331940|
Fred, thank you so much for the great photo of Alma Griffin's grave marker. She is my grandfather's sister. I never knew her but in my later years I have been trying to piece the family together - all those that could answer questions have passed away. It wasn't until retirement that I had the time to pursue our family history.
Thanks for your many contributions to F.A.G.
