I have lived all my life in Indiana with the exception of a few short stays in Maryland, Colorado, and California. Indiana will always be home to me.|
My mother, Margaret Patsy Moore Carr, got me started doing genealogy in 1995. I have to admit, I wasn't excited about the idea of researching dead people. But after our first day out, I was hooked. Mom was called home in 2006, I really miss our genealogy trips. We traveled to many cities in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana together. She had a wonderful zest for life that made these trips so special. My father, Roland Frances Carr, was always eager to hear the tales of our genealogy finds. He was a big help with the many stories he told me as I was going up. Dad was called home in 2004. I miss them more than words can say.
I am researching all branches of our tree.
Paternal side: Carr, Flynn, Latchaw, Burkett, Overmyer, Von Auw, Ludwig, Fromman, Bitters, and Bower.
Maternal side: Moore, Snider, Hattery, Hall, Hill, France, and Tidd.
I am also researching my husband's family: Morcombe, Martin, Duncan, Hartshorn, Hutchison, Snedden, Forgey and Ellis.

Good afternoon, Robyn-
I just created a memorial for Joanna Coughlin Johnson who is buried in the same plot as Ellen Joanna Coughlin Mogge. I'm guessing they are sisters though I can't find any records other than in Joanna's obituary where it lists Ellen's daughter Marie as Joanna's niece. Any ideas?

The same holds true for Arthur Coughlin. The birth date and year on the memorial do not coincide with the date on the headstone.
