I am the mother of 3 who is researching a twisted, knotty family tree. I find cemeteries to be quiet, peaceful places and I find gravestones to be immensly interesting. Due to lack of time (with 3 kids I have none)I don't get the chance to do nearly as much as I would like. But, some is better than none.|

Hi Genette, those at FindaGrave have finally merged the two "duplicate" memorials on Bartholomew so I went and deleted the duplicate image of his military stone I "cheated" and added. Please go in and copy/paste my names off of the photo caption I have for the family photo and after you do that, I'll go in and delete my copy of the family photo as well...that way, his memorial will be clean! AND THANKS BIG TIME....and hey, huggers cuz. Dottie

OK, will add the same photo - Becky went into the "bad" one and deleted her photo from there and added to mine - you too should do the same...while in there check mine :)
PS - in talking with Becky; pulled the Ferran/d file out I have and there is the cemetery listing that the person used to add to the cemetery...WRONG INFO ON IT....so, I know the person does not know the family as we do! I get no response when asking for it to be transferred to me...so; it's cause for families to duplicate. Again, hugs!

Hey there Genette - I just added a duplicate memorial for Bartholomew Ferran and Nancy Kirby because I can't seem to make contact with the first creator who has incorrect information on the family lines. I simply could not stand it anymore, LOL. Anyway, I know I sent you that picture you added but I didn't want people to think I was taking your work, so, can you add that same photo to my memorials that I've created - Bartholomew 104242592 and Nancy 104242714... wish I could copy over the headstone because it's better than the one I have on Nancy.
Anyway, thanks....and I do miss working with you! Hope all is well, Dottie

+ 60 iii. Dozier GOSSETT was born 1 Feb 1851 in Houston, Harris County, TX, and died 13 Apr 1942 in Belott, Houston, TX.
Also I found this on Rootsweb.com:

Thank you so much for Mable's mother's name. Good luck with your search for Mable's father. That's a nice photo on Mable's mother's memorial page.

Hi, I didn't mean to confuse you, however, this is a confusing situation. Daniel Morgan Memorial Gardens and Cowpens City Cemetery are adjacent and are often times confused. You have Ida & Alfred in Daniel Morgan and they are actually buried in Cowpens. I have taken photos of both cemeteries and am working to get everyone where they belong. There are several hundred people listed in one that should be in the other.
FYI in case you don't know, to move them to Cowpens City Cemetery, just edit the burial location. If you delete them from Daniel Morgan and put them back in, we will lose the photos.
If you would like me to do it, transfer them to me and I can transfer back to you if you want them. I delete the photos after I add them, and I prefer they have one.
