I serve as a Board of Director for the Eureka Historical Society and try to stay involved in my local community.

I've entered various kinds of cemetery records here at

1) My own family members, if I know what cemetery they have been buried.

2) Photographed many, many cemeteries in the Readington Twp., Hunterdon Co., NJ area. I do not live in this area anymore.

3) Various cemetery records that I have access to books for all US States.

4) I am just about finished with photographing the cemetery in Wanette, Oklahoma. There are about 10% unphotographed and have to figure out which section that I missed. This is my hometown cemetery so its especially dear to me.

5) Starting to photograph more cemeteries in the Eureka, St. Louis Co., MO area...but I've been slow at this. The Franklin Co., MO Cemetery Society pretty much has this area covered. Their contact information is

I have an interest in all tombstones of service men and women. Especially the ones that mention the Revolutionary and Civil War.

I research many surnames, such as: Adkins, Akins, Armitage, Cullins, Elms, Harding, Kirkpatrick, Pennington, Pitts, Redford, Thomas, Whiteaker, Woodrome/Woodrum, Wilson, etc.

If you find any errors or would like to have additional information posted to any records that I have added, please contact me and I'll make those changes for you.

I have no problem with transferring ownership of a memorial that I have created. Just ask and it is yours.

You have my permission to use any of the photographs that I take for your genealogy family history. No need to ask, this statement is all that you need. If you list me as the source for the photo, just source me as Mindy.

Please do not be offended of headstone photo's that I took. I think the persons would rather be remembered than told to remove and forget. Its not my intention to hurt or offend.

That's great. For me, am only linking up his siblings and the one sister Theresa ( Fryer ) Reiter how married Richard Fryer. Richard wrote a few letters to his cousin who is my wife's great grand mother out here in the Pomona ,Ca; area in 1875. This is why am doing this. Richard, his dau Barbara and husband and his son were murdered in 1915 in Conway Co, Arkansas. If you go to Joseph's father and mother I posted pics if their ship that they came on, S S Hermann . Kinda cool.

I am related GGG granddaughter to Malinda Holland and gg granddaughter to Loretta Elms
I have been trying to find out more information. I found Reuben Holland, but I'm not sure if he is Loretta Elms Dad, because there is another name popping up, "Johnson"
Can you give me any info?

RE: Susan Moats
This website from another member places her in the family of George Moats.

I was fairly certain, by circumstantial evidence, that she belonged there.

RE: Mullenax / Moats
He is not my direct line either (3rd cousin 2x removed !) but would be happy to have him if you wanted to transfer.

Do you know anything about Susan Moats?

This message concerns Solomon Mullenax #81218439, Susan Mullenax #75686671, Washington James Mullenax #51897620, and Margaret Collins #81049015, buried (except W.J.) in St. John Cemetery, Putnam Co. Mo.

Having researched Pendleton Co. families for some 40 years I was happy to find these people posted on Findagrave. Solomon was the son of Abraham & Hannah Mullenax and in fact Hannah reportedly died in Putnam Co. but I cannot find her in census. Solomonís brother, Conrad, also died in Putnam Co. Abrahamís mother was an Arbogast, which is one of my family names so these people are all related to me.

If you will look at the wvculture site and view Washingtonís marriage record
and Margaretís marriage record
you will see their parentsí names given as Sol/Solomon and W--------d something.

Their mother was Solomonís first wife, Winifred Lambert, married March 7, 1833, Pendleton Co. She died in Ritchie Co. shortly after 1840 census. Solomon soon remarried to Susan but I have been unable to find a marriage record anywhere in W.Va. If her reported names are Nelson and Moats she is most certainly from Pendleton Co. also. Solomon and Winifred had at least one other child, Mary, who married Edward Reed.

Hope this is of interest to you. I emailed the managers of the other sites.
