ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

George Coryell in Venice Cemetery, Butler County, Ohio
I have done alot of research on the Coryell Family thinking I was related. I just recently discovered that my Mary E. Correll Frick is not the same person as Maria E. Coryell Oakes, who is the daughter of your George Coryell. Therefore, my thought that George and Chasity VanBuskirk were my 4G Grandparents isn't true. We were about to visit Venice Cemetery, near our children in Cincinnati, Ohio, over Memorial Day weekend when I realized my major Family Tree error!!! I can laugh about it now, BUT I wasn't laughing a few weeks ago. Just thought I'd share this story with you. Jill MacRae

I was wondering if you would link your George Coryell to his father, Abraham Coryell, # 22700826? Jill MacRae #47010526

I am so excited to find that you added my 4th Great Grandparents to Find A Grave. If you are not related, I was hoping you would transfer them to me. I will use the edit button for the transfers if you decide it is okay to transfer. Hope to hear from you. Jill MacRae 47010526

Dr. Daniel Holtan request
Hi, just received a request to photo Dr. Daniel Holtan's gravestone at the Granite Hill Cemetery. Yet his memorial at Find a Grave shows a photograph. Can you be more specific as to what photo your requesting?

RE: George Holton
The only Holton listed (according to the 1992 abstract that I have) in Rose Hill is George N Holton. I'm heading back to visit my folks in Omaha this week but unfortunately won't make it all the way out to Albion otherwise I'd take some pictures myself!

Holtons in Albion, Nebraska
Carolyn, I see that you are also looking for headstone pictures at the Rose Hill Cemetery; sadly it doesn't look like anyone is taking pictures. I do have a 1992 Rose Hill Cemetery listing which only mentions a George Holton, 1856-1928 buried in Section D, Block 5. You might have better luck at http://nebraskagravestones.org/ or http://tombstones.nesgs.org/index.php
