Thank you Laurie, and thanks again for what you are doing in this site.
Are you a cousin to Rick Pieper? He is a friend of my son (in Grand Island). We were discussing Findagrave and your name came up.

Oh My Laurie,
I do not know how to thank you other than telling you I will take very good care of Tara's memorial.
If you should ever go back to Saint Marys Catholic Cemetery, and see that Tara has been given a headstone, I would love for you to take a photo of it and place it on her memorial page.
Should you ever add another photo for Tara, I would like very much for the original photo you took to remain on her page. I somehow feel it needs to be there as it tells a story.
Tara is one of 3 people close to my heart that do not have headstones.
The first was my parents first infant who tried to live, but survived only 2 1/2 hours. Her headstone was stolen. It interested, I will privately email to you the story behind the headstone being stolen . . . twice. Very sad.
The second is my dear friend Dianne May # 87163239 who sadly took her own life, leaving behind a husband and two small children. She is in a crypt in the New Orleans area. The crypt covers were damaged during hurricane Katrina, and the cemetery records were destroyed. The cemetery replaced the damaged covers, and inscribed them at no charge to the families when asked, but Dianne's, family has never asked that her crypt cover be inscribed. Breaks my heart.
If I ever am able to afford it, I would like to give each of these Angels a headstone.
If you look at Dianne's memorial page, you will see that I put very little information on it, as I really did not know what to say due to the circumstances, but I did want her to be remembered here.
Today I will work on writing a lovely bio for Tara.
Thank you for your kindness.

Thank you for all the wonderful work you do here to remember those who have passed.
Tara Joe Samperi McDaid was a dear childhood friend of mine. We lost touch when my parents moved to southwest Houston. It was probably my fault because I was a very shy, introverted child, who did not have very good social skills. I was very fortunate that Tara had become my friend!
I looked for Tara for years after becoming an adult, and when I did find her, I was shocked to learn of her passing at such a young age, and the circumstances of her death. I am also shocked to see, 8 years after her death, at the time you created her memorial, her family had not given this beautiful soul a headstone. I do hope Tara has a headstone now.
Although I am not related in any way, I would like to ask if you would consider transferring her memorial to me. If not, I will give you information about her through the edit button.
Thank you for your consideration.
