Carl A Brown Sr
I have recently been working on a tree that includes Carl. I just came across his death certificate and it lists his father as John G Brown and mother was Sarah (maiden name looks like Femlee). I had listed his father as Henry Albert Brown. I went back and looked at 1900 and 1910 census and Carl does live with Henry, BUT in both censuses he is listed as a nephew. So I believe his father is the John G Brown that shows up in the same cemetery. Do you know if there is a Sarah Brown buried near John G? Note John G died in 1888, so it is reasonable that his brother would have taken his children. Any thoughts on this?

Shellenberger Family
Hello Kathryn,

Are you related to the Shellenberger family stones that you added to Jersey Shore Cemetery? David and Mary are my husband's great, great grandparents. If you are not related, would you consider turning them over to me?

Thanks,
Patty Kratz Gerhart
