Bio Photo Welcome -

We are doing a holy service by remembering the dead, and preserving history.

I think we all have a piece of the puzzle and if everyone contributes, questions will be answered.

This a wonderful site for remembering people. Peoples lives are fascinating and they deserve to be remembered and documented.

Please remember we are not just entering names or stones, but real people. Please ask yourself if your memorial is search-able. All memorials should have last names. Women who never marry, and children don't have maiden names. There is no maiden name unless the name changes. Also please do not use ().

Please do NOT create duplicates.

If you notice any mistakes, please let me know, and I will be happy to fix them. Nobody is perfect, we are all fallible human beings mostly doing the best we can at the moment.

We are merely stewards of 'our' memorials - we manage them and are entrusted with their care and maintenance, but we do not technically 'own' them.

Please read the FAQs (frequently asked questions). Thanks, and please try to resolved unknown burials ASAP.

Please free to use any of my photos with appropriate citations. Will also add updates, -the more info, the better. I don't have a policy about transfers - ask and we can work it out.

"A cemetery is a history of people - a perpetual record of yesterday and sanctuary of peace and quiet today. A cemetery exists because every life is worth loving and remembering - always." (author unknown)

#44584142 Rose Fenlon Lenihan
Hello Donna, I just posted Rose' parents, Martin Fenlon M#141866889 and Mary Ryan Fenlon M#141864483. They are interred at
St Marys Cemetery in Section U, Plot 51.
In that plot is a Baby Mary Elizabeth LENAHAN #141869149, a daughter of Rose and Michael.
Would you have pictures of Plot 51, Sect U ? Other interments: Bridget Fenlon 1900, Baby Fred Fagan or Eagan 1903, Elizabeth Fenlon HART 1905 and Michael Hart 1958; Baby Mary Elizabeth (above); Mrs Mary Fenlon 1921, Martin Fenlon 1922. Particularly interested in last name spellings and birth years for above. Many thanks for any help. Thank YOU for the Lenihan memorials; helped tremendously finding other members of Martin and Mary Fenlon's children. Lilly B jurbar

#35962349 Nelley Teas
You noted this stone is obstructed by a tree, or it is partially buried, it is hard to tell from the photo. I sent you an Edit for the name. I am confident this is the grave of Nelley Teas Trowbridge, my paternal fourth great-gmother. Her burial is listed in a book published in 1930 by Poucher "Old Gravestones of Ulster County, New York". Her husband, Joseph Trowbridge, is also buried there. I just added a Find A Grave listing for him. If you wouldn't mind I would love a transfer for Nelley, so that I can keep her together with her husband :-) Thanks!

Thank you for the edits and photo of the marker. It was your turn to add to mine instead of me sending you edits.

You are welcome. I have tons of info I've collected over the years and once in a while I get around to typing it up and sharing. :-)

Hello, I don't understand the ()- I did remove these brackets, as requested, but I don't understand why brackets cannot be used.
