|I have been interested in genealogy for quite a few years now. I am not only researching my ancestral lineage, but my husband's and my siblings in-laws as well. I have put many memorial pages for all of these ancestral lines on FindAGrave.|
I also have input many memorials from local cemeteries. I started adding them in hopes that I could help others in their quest for their ancestors. Anyone I input from Saline County, Kansas or a neighboring county are probably not related to me.
If you are related to any of the people that I have put into FindAGrave, I would love to hear from you. I will gladly accept additions/corrections/etc. to my information (help is always appreciated). If you are RELATED to someone I have input and would like to have their memorial transferred to you, send me a request via the 'edit' and then 'suggest correction' link on the memorial page. Be sure to include your FindAGrave user ID in your request so that I can transfer it to you. Please send a separate request for each memorial you want transferred. Find A Grave rules allow us 30 days to complete transfer requests. I will not transfer a memorial if your request does not include the following; 1) a link to the memorial page you want transferred, 2) your Find A Grave user ID, and 3) the reason you want the memorial page transferred. I don't have time to search for the memorial and then search for your user ID so that I can transfer it. If you want it, make it effortless for me. DO NOT SEND REQUESTS TO LINK FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE ALREADY LINKED!

Hello fellow researcher,
A friend of my husband is from Kansas and just posted a History of this pioneer on facebook. I posted it giving credit to him for his work and wanted to say how nice it would be to give this grave and the memory of him as a pioneer in that area. Thanks for all you do for find a grave.

Thanks for the Newby transfers. I will add data and then pass them to a "direct relative" of this Newby line.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your taking the grave stone photo at Gypsum Hill in Salina (KS). I believe that this site is all about people helping people, and you have certainly exemplified that spirit to me.

I am currently researching this family in the Gypsum Hills Cemetery. I see another Cem called Gypsum, are they the same? I think this family is all related and my 3rd great Aunt was Minnie F Hibner Tressin. They came to Kansas from White lake, Oakland County, Michigan. Minnie's nephew Frank Brendle (correct spelling Brendel) is also buried in Gympsum Hill. Any info you could offer would be helpful. I will be asking for links as soon as I research some censuses.
Your findagrave contributions are so nice.

Thank you for the updated photo. My grandmother truly appreciates you taking the time to photograph her brother's headstone.
