I'm a swimming pool contractor M-F and on most weekends I teach scuba diving lessons. I take photos above and below water.|
My Grandmother is burried in Pacific Crest Cemetery and a Grandfather at Green Hills, both of these and Roosevelt Memorial Cemetery are very close to where I live so I don't mind going there to photograph headstones or markers for families.
I love the search for my ancestors and I'm sure you do too. I have been on Ancestry.com for a few years now and really appreciate the few photos that I have, I think of my photos to the members here on "Find a Grave" as gifts to them and the generations to come to share about their families.
Unlike many who take photos for this web sites, I WANT you to use my photos with your family tree.
Take and enjoy - share with your family and friends. These photos I take are a small gift from me to you. They are YOUR family, not mine, they are "copyright free" so use them as you see fit.

Hi Walt; How are you doing? I was wondering if you contacted Penny or Marge? I would love to talk to either one can you give me their Face book connection or e-mail address?

Would it be possible for you to retake the picture of my Uncle's stone. I appreciate you taking a picture of it shortly after he passed. Thank you for all the pictures you have taken for the Find-a Grave website. Have a great week.

Hi - sorry that it has taken me a bit to respond - holidays and all that. Anyway, I have Sidney Ernest Spring as his name. We're cousins - have a grand day. Kat

Thanks for the pic!
You managed to get them all done! Good for you. I have a bunch of them now, to do this week. It is nice to be able to get up there once in a while. I was thinking it would be fun to get a group together and photograph that cemetery, section by section, like what we are doing at Woodlawn. Since the estimate is 34% photographed, it wouldn't take a group of people more than a couple of years to complete. And since most of the memorials have already been created, it would just be a matter of adding the photos.
