I am originally from Royal Oak, Oakland County, Michigan, but I presently live in Plain City, Utah. My husband's kin are from Shiawassee, Clinton, Hillsdale, and Genesee Counties in Michigan, and in Vermont. Other lines go back to Ontario, Dutchess County, New York, and Kent, England. |
My father's kin, (McClelland) go back to Wigtownshire, Scotland, and before that, County Londonderry, Ireland, Limerick, and Kerry. Also Newcastle, England, many of them coming into Ontario, Canada, before Michigan.
My mother is from Clydebank, Scotland, and her lines go back to Donegal, Ireland, and Linlithgow, Falkirk, Perthshire, and the Isle of Islay in Scotland.
I am very involved in Family History and enjoy photographing and contributing to Find a Grave. I have researched many of the people that I have uploaded, using the links to connect with with others on the Family Tree.
I LOVE to transfer memorials to others that are more closely related than I. Please don't hesitate to ask. And I am open to making corrections or additions. If you have a better photo than one that I show, I am VERY HAPPY to take mine down for yours, or if you want the memorial of your kin that I created to be deleted, I am very happy to accomodate in any way.

Thank you so very much for the information you have posted on the Cusack Family. Timothy and Mary Enright Cusack are my father's great grandparents. I would love to learn if they are in any way related to them or if you were simply spreading your kindness for others.
I have noted the information you put up of family in Vermont. I live in Vermont and would be happy to help you out in any way.
Would love to hear from you.
Thank you for posting this. These loved ones are my greatgrandparents
The links will be helpful as we are going to scotland at the end of the month and hopefully can trace more relatives

That would be wonderful if you can find more of the graves and take photos. I look forward to seeing some more.
I'll request photos so you can claim them.

That is a super picture. I requested it when I doing a DAR application for a friend, and she will be delighted to see it. There weren't any other docs that showed he died in Michigan shortly after moving there with a daughter.
Thanks agsin, Pat Johnson in Fort Collins, Colorado
Thank you so much for the transfer and your most generous offer. All your hard work is appreciated more than words can express. Warmest Regards, Jan

Barbara: Can you tell me if the Mt. Carmel Cemetery you posted on Find a Grave, in Strathroy is in Caradoc Township. I want to post tombstone pix of James Nelson Patrick and wife, Mary Jane. All I was told is they are buried at Mt. Carmel in Caradoc Twp., Middlesex County. Thank you.

Hi, checked Dungiven Parish Churchyard and couldn't find anything for Alexander. Having just got home, I notice that he married Margaret Haslett. There were several Haslett gravestones there. Is there any liklihood that both he and Margaret are buried in a Haslett plot? If so, I can call in there again sometime.
