|Jannette Chapman Moss||Elizabeth C Whitfield|
Elizabeth Chapman Whitfield is my grand mother.
The name should be Elizabeth Jane Chapman Ross Whitfield. #108642902
Walter W Whitfield was her husband #21914340
She has children: 1. James F Chapman & 4 Ross Children. No are deceased yet. However she does have parents and brothers and sisters that I would like to add. She is the daughter of John T Chapman and Annie Prudence Cooley Chapman (Hiram Cooley Family) buried at Forest Lawn in Anderson SC.

|Russ Thomas||Please disregard previous message about L.B. Mattison Memorial|
I found a high-res version on Ancestry.com and it clearly shows the birth year as 1878 so no need to check.

Thanks for taking photos for all these memorials. It is much appreciated, and you can not be thanked enough!
I have a question about the memorial pic you posted for L.B. Mattison (I think the L on the memorial was incorrectly listed as your photo shows "H").
To make matters more confusing, I believe the real first initial for this gentleman was "I" for Ithama so throw that into the mix.
In looking at this gentleman's death certificate, it is very hard for me to read the birth year on it so I was hoping you could check your original photo for the year of birth. In your photo it looks like "1878", but on his death certificate it could be "1878" or "1876" and his age on the certificate is listed as 54 (which would make his birth year 1876)
This one is confusing indeed. Thanks in advance any further clarify you might be able to shed on this from your original picture.

I just came across your photo for Laura Golden (36543668), thank you for posting. I wanted to ask a favor...I don't know how often you go back to this cemetery or how far it is from you, but I am looking for Laura's father, John B. Golden 1863-1921. I do not know if he has a headstone, but according to his death certificate he is buried in Pelzer Cemetery. I assume it is this one since his daughter is buried here. If you did find it, I will create a memorial so you could add the photo.
Thank you very much, Vicki

|Courtney Jones||RE: Photos|
Yay! My fingers are crossed that something can be done to restore what you took a ton of time (and resources) to do. Let me know what ends up happening.
I just wanted to give you a heads up that at least one member who'd added a lot of memorials in the area has deleted the majority - right along with the pictures added by others. I don't know if you delete the photos you've taken after you post them, but if you do, I'd highly recommend not doing it.
Since I don't keep track of my numbers, I have no clue when this started, so it may be old news, but since you've taken so many photos, it would be absolutely horrible even a small number were lost forever. So many of those markers aren't getting any easier to read with time.
|Anna O'Quinn Richter||Thanks|
Thanks for making the changes, Kristen. Much appreciated.
|Shelley||RE: East View Honea Path|
Just to let you know, a local boy scout is going to "map" Eastview Cemetery as his Eagle project and some unmarked graves will soon be marked. There are unmarked graves in all sections of the cemetery and who is buried in some of them might never be known, but having an index of graves at Eastview is long overdue.

Could you connect #116698119 and #116699180 as children to #89039902 and #89039993? Uncle Jack and Uncle Bunny (which are Walter and Charles' gravestones) were children to my grandfather William Perry and grandmother Ethel.
